I think this issue can stay in the Short Term Projects forum. Just put a note on the discussion page that it's under discussion in a thread.

As discussed in Short Term projects,
the way most examples are written, they don't say anything other than "this happens", in borderline ZC Es. The Stock Joke would probably need a re-YKTTW to end up right. There's only 21 inbounds after 3 years.
Four tropers (Myself and three others) already agree to cut. There was a debate ongoing over tropworthiness when the draft was launched back in 2011.
