Unless you can give us some information about their account, it's going to be impossible for us to check against the logs to see what the issue might be. We have security protocols in place to prevent certain types of malicious activity, which they might have tripped. I can't go into details, but we block registration from anything that hides a user's identity, such as proxies, mail anonymizers, etc.

Well, when they try to login it says that the account can not be found, but if they try to create the account using the same name it says that it's already in use.
I asked them, and they said their email account doesn't have any anonymous settings and all the information is exposed. What other information do you require?

That handle has not been successfully created and did not exist previously as far as I can tell. The site redesign work has made looking through the logs a bit problematic, so I've asked the admins for support.

Okay thanks. Also, they just told me when the first handle didn't work, they also tried "Grojfan123" and "Boyariffic", but encountered the same problem. Can you check those handles as well?

A friend of mine has been trying to create a trope account, but is unable to login. They also haven't received a verification email to activate the account (and yes they checked in the junk).
Anyone have any ideas?
