Some part of the description and laconic mentions about a superpowered police force.
However, it is tainted by this: "A particularly Badass Normal can qualify if the criminals they chase are superpowered and they are not." That makes it more than one trope in one page. (The examples with Badass Normals don't always have superpowered baddies either.)
I would suggest to delete that part of the description and keep this about superpowered police force.
(By the way, there's also a ykttw called "Super with a Badge" that is about a super-guy who worked on a mundane police force. Thinkinv of assimilating it here, if possible.)
