"I don't know where that one's going, but I know where this one's staying," Amber said, lifting up her hammer and stomping over to the trapped orc. Deciding to take advantage of the opportunity fate had handed them, she took a swing at the trapped creature.

"Wherever it's going, it's going in a hurry..." Says Leina, looking in the distance, how the fleeing orc disappears in the foliage of the forest "Hmmm

Amber's swing, unfortunately, were a bit off the mark, as the orc retreated his leg away from hitting distance swaying on the net, roaring down at the party and trying to get free... to no avail.

"O-Oh! I have heard of orcs..." says Aldrik suddenly "When I went home... there was talk in the city of orc marauders to the East... but outside of the forest. Would those be these same ones?" wonders Aldrik, scratching his head for a moment.

"Orc marauders... well they always crop up from time to time... nomadic tribes of orcs getting into a new area and making trouble" says Leina "Some dozen years ago Riltplait had problems with an orc invasion"

"Are you lot going to sit around discussing history, or are you going to make sure this one can't make himself free?" Amber asked the others, taking another swing at the trapped orc.

"I'd sooner the history, aye," Oisín said wearily, "There naught point in murder for its own sake. We were taken in an ambush which I'd well say was premature, to be certain, but we defended ourselves and the wee one is doing no harm at all to us now."

"If this pair were from one of those scavenging tribe, the lot of them will do us no harm. But there are many ruthless bands to be sure, and then it may do us well to drive them out. Otherwise, they've done naught to earn death save taking a cave they may have needed to live and setting loose a stray arrow on a strange party met in the woods."

He broke bread from his back but held it to himself, ready to offer to the Goblin but turning to the group.

"Take this to rote, lad, and you could certainly do worse than to learn this Ria;" He spoke softly, "Oghma is mighty; a champion amongst Gods and a hero in their wars. Still, while he might well have great strength in his arms, it is in his words, knowledge and skill that he places his domain and claims."

"You'll win little if you whittle without reason, but when guided well, even a weak arm may come to topple empires."

He turned to Amber after a long silence, "I'll not hold you from a warpath, but I'll say now that I know we are yet bound to it. So, make well your choice; you have before you, certain war or hope of peace."

He gestured to his shield and, behind it, the piece of bread.

Both Aldrik and Ria remained quiet and expectant of what may happen... Leina for her part, kept a hand on her wand in case it would be needed.

The Orc for his part howled in pain as Amber's hammer hit him, dealing substantial damage to the trapped creature. A half as strong as that one would surely kill the creature as this one started to wheeze from the hit on his flank. His pain only increased, however once the pain of the hit granted it enough strength to break the bonds holding him... falling the remaining distance onto the floor, free but stunned and lying on the floor.

"There is no peace to be had when dealing with orcs," Amber said, swinging at the orc again. "Anyone who tells you otherwise is a fool and a danger to his family and clan."

It was done right then an there... as the raging Dwarf crushed the skull of the prone orc just as he hatefully lifted his gaze to look at her... and then got a face full of her hammer, snuffing the life out of him and thus settling the debate of what to do with him... leaving the whole clearing in silence until the Owlbear moved closed to peck at the orc's corpse and drag it closer to himself.

"Alright, well, that's that," Lissa said, sighing. "The rest will probably be here soon - we should find someplace defensible."

It's been fun.
