If Santa was a battle hardened-warrior, what song would he use as a war chant? You know, to raise the morale of his troops before a battle?

For the record, I'm writing a story where Santa goes to war against a Nazi regiment, and I thought of the classic scene in war movies where an army sings some sort of song to itself to raise its morale (and strike fear into their foes) before attacking.

What sort of song would Santa have?

"Santa Claus is Coming to Town", of course!

It's an option, but I was looking for something fiercer.

I decided to go for a throwback to Christmas's more pagan traditions and now Santa and his elves chant this Nordic song before going to battle, as a reference of sorts to how a lot of Christmas comes from Nordic folklore.

"I'll Be Home For Christmas", "Christmas can Kill You" come to mind. A dark nordic chant to the tune of "Carol of the Bells" may go for the battle chant you have in mind.

Is the idea to have some humor in the story? Santa Claus vs the Nazis does seem to have plenty of opportunities for humor.

It has the Comically Serious sort of humour I put in my writing. In that it's hilarious by how dramatically I write everything even though it's ridiculously preposterous.
