I remember in the anime series Bison ripping Chun Li's dress and having this huge titty eating grin right after. It was a lot funnier than it should've been.

I really could care less honestly. It's just a camera angle, when I'm fighting someone from Philly and they're playing R. Mika do I need to see the character slap her ass while some guy curses at me through his mic in a deep Philly accent?

I doubt it's a case of no local multiplayer so Sony can pimp their crossplatform online play, but... I'm not saying it isn't either, I just doubt it.
