Light Novel would probably be the best here, but it depends on how different it is from the anime. If it's exclusively about the anime, and it's not the same story being told, it's probably better to put it in the Anime namespace.
Franchise is usually when something appears in three or more media, I believe. Anime, manga, and light novel adaptations tend to be exceptions to that, as those are often the same stories being told, and can be troped on a single page with no problem. It depends a little on how they're troped, and how large the franchise is.

Thanks for the advice. I'll need to know more about the LN details, so I need to research. Otherwise, I'll stick in the light novel page entry since that came first from the collaboration between Dengeki Bunko and Sega Japan.
UPDATE: (11/13)
Looks like the LN has a plot that details the Sega consoles (as girls) living in the house of a high school student. I'll need more details, but I think they have different stories at this point.

Sega Hard Girls is a recent franchise made by Sega in cooperation with Dengeki Bunko. I've watched the anime adaptation and I can't figure out how should I make the page if I should do it as Sega Hard Girls or Sega Hard Girls.
I read up about it and it has a different title for the light novel and the anime adaptation. In terms of order, the LN came first.
