Poor Image: Ray Gun

Much as I enjoy Star Wars, because of the angle it isn't clear in the image whether Han is firing a ray gun, or a regular gun, or indeed a welding torch.

I think this would be a decent replacement (4th panel).

@5 Is an extreme improvement.

That's ok, but I prefer 3.5 or 1.1.

I fell like there should be a picture of the ray gun being used. I like 3.1 myself.

I like either 1 or 5.

I'm good w/ 3.1, 3.4 or 3.5.

Mostly look good to me. Though Data smirking like a loon is rather distracting.

Further options for the real traditionalists.

What are we supposed to be seeing there? I see several borderline-NSFW pics of aliens violently assaulting human women, but no ray guns in sight.

There's ray guns in use, but other examples are more clear. I have a big beef with 3.1, namely the beams not coming out of the phasers at the angle they're pointed at...that bugged the piss out of me in the actual episode. 3.5 and 5 are best for me; the rest are good for Image Links.

I'm voting for 3.4 because it clearly shows a ray gun with no distractions.

I'm suggesting a silly caption: "Caution: Staring directly into the beam could damage your eyes." ;)

I think 1.1, 3.1, 3.4 and 3.5 are good. 3.2 and 3.3 are too small, but if you can find larger versions of them...

Wikia seems to be shrinking hotlinks, they are actually quite a bit bigger.
