Well, shit has just impacted the fan. Next week is when it starts to scatter.
Huh so might this season end with the "Ultimate Space And Jams Arc"?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I see no other way for this season to end.
.-. Okay, I can see them skipping on animation on this episode because most of awesome stuff happens before and after, but its still weird to see animation level drop this much from previous episodes
I literally couldn't see all that much of a difference tbh.
Ignoring the odd usage of the word literally, neither could I.
I didn't much of a drop, because Bones tends to save its best animation for the big fight scenes, anyway.
Watch SymphogearIsn´t there a thread specificly for the anime? I remember there being one
(I´m sorry if i´m a asshole here, i just don´t like animes and think there is new talk about the manga here and then im dissapointed^^)
My conviction kinda dropped halfway through typing the sentence.
Hopefully the shit takes a step up cause this is when the action starts improving way up.
Also is this arc a good way to end the season?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I'd say so
And the first reference to Iida's bro.
....Too bad the next one will be a bit sadder.
One Strip! One Strip! What if they expand on that?
As in show some of the fight instead of the just the "end result"?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."It didn't sound like there was much of a fight and showing what little there was kind of takes away from the abruptness factor.
Yeah. Stain got the jump on him and that was that.
Though I suppose they could show a little bit more of what went down. Like what made Stain choose him and all that.
I mean, I'm pretty convinced at this point that Stain's decision to target him was less about Iida-bro not being a good hero (cause I get the feeling he is) and more that him not being All-Might means' he's automatically not good enough as a hero.
Stain seems like he doesn't bother to do much research. At least to me.
One Strip! One Strip!Well Stain is crazy hobo vigilante with ambush tactics And he did drop out from school iirc, so not much into studies I suppose

Stain has a point beyond all the murder crazy.
That arc was great, I hope he comes back.
He's one of the best characters in this series.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Stain's point was kind of watered down for me because he didn't seem to judge most people individually.
The only reason he could even determine Izuku was "worthy" was because he didn't kill him immediately, but what about the great heroes he did kill or cripple immediately without bothering to find out how they actually are.
Like, I get the point of his character, and the arc was definitely great development for Iida and a good way to top things off with Todoroki, but I just can't find Stain as deep as people make him out to be.
I think its the determination. He's fucking crazy & a threat to society but the conviction he shows is astounding. He made a bunch of heroes, Endeavor included shit their pants just by being in proximity.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Not to mention the League of Villains' current roster has at least three Stain fans I can think of (Toga, Dabi, and the lizard guy) who were there precisely because they thought Stain was part of it.
Well, that's sort of the point. Stain is definitely not as deep as he thinks he is, but his madness is a kind of madness that tends to appeal to people's dark feelings. Just look at what happened to Rorshach from Watchmen in the real world. :P
Stain definitely shouldn't come back. He was a good character who served his purpose well, and that's exactly why he has no further place in the story now that that purpose is served.
By the way, I am now 95% certain Tensei's engines are on his arms, so we could still see him return to heroing some day in a turbo-wheelchair.

I guess since things were pretty chill this episode, they decided to take a break with the animation. Makes sense since next episode is when shit really hits the fan.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
