I post this here because a bunch of these forum games are too detailed to fit in single threads. So far there's four going on: one set in the 3rd century BC (you pick a country and conquer other players), two set in the modern era (1991 and 2001 respectively, you pick a country and do whatever, RP is expected), and one set in a fictitious American city (the most RP-based of all the games.)

The forum is based on its users deciding among themselves what sort of forum games to run, so if there's any forum games on here that may benefit from moving out of a single thread, then... yeah.

I figure I might as well say what the current games are.

The first is set in 2001, you pick a country in the world (any country basically) and what you do next is up to you. There are definite rules and actions guiding the game though, so it's not a total sandbox.

The second is set in 1991, the same basic concept only it's much different in practice since it's freeform RP.

The third is a game set in the 3rd century BC. You pick a country and conquer others. It's the most "gamey" of all the forum games.

The fourth is a fictional American city where you play as prominent personalities within it, ranging from local politicians to journalists, gang leaders and the like.

The current forum games:

The first is set in 2015 and involves... aliens. See: http://z13.invisionfree.com/eRegime/index.php?showtopic=5939

The second is a Waterloo campaign game. Both sides are open (although the French side has only one position left open.)

Oi, siree. We don't do topics to advertise offsite forum games. Closing this.
