You know what? At least it makes more sense than a Tetris movie. There is some semblance of a plot in the original game that they could probably expand into something.

I mean, I guess I'm sorta glad that this is gonna be animated and not live-action... but...

Seriously, what the f*** is up with those designs? I mean, this is like, the first time I've ever had a reaction to redesigns. Seriously, what the hell?

I'm just... confused... wha...

Now I know why the Sonic fanbase reacted that way when Sonic Boom was announced...

But I will admit that the cast is nice though. Just... let's just see what they will even do with this.

I don't think the designs look that bad.

Beside, they might look better in motion than in stills.

Yeah, I know that. Plus, looking at them a second time. They're not terrible or anything. Just... do you remember Boom-ifying? Yeah, that's what the designs remind me of.

... we're in an age where a mobile game can become a full CGI-animated Hollywood movie.

You know, I... don't really see that big a problem. Cartoons based on video games are hardly anything new. And in this case, there at least are recognisable and popular characters to be depicted. Or maybe my standards have just been lowered, I don't know.

And yet, we don't have a Wonder Woman movie

Why is it called "The Very Real Movie"? Is it like when they made the movie version of Aqua Teen Hunger Force?

Is the part "The Very Real Movie" really part of the title?!

Oh, they're not calling it that. I just came up with that…

1) To differentiate it from the Angry Birds Movie discussion board over at the Video Game forums.

2) to drive home the point that this really is a thing that's going to happen.

And 3) to be silly.

Yeah, even I'm not sure how well this'll turn out. But hey, I don't see any way we can make them not do the movie, so we might as well see what happens.

The fact the birds (good guys) will get limbs while the pigs (bad guys) will apparently remain limbless gives me some awkward Unfortunate Implication vibes.

Well, the birds and pigs don't stand for any actual ethnic groups. As far as we know.

I'm sure any pigs watching this movie will be very offended at the insinuation that pigs don't have arms.

Does anyone actually play this game anymore? This is probably the most heavily market d mobile game of all time. But u can only do so much. Ravio needs to move on to a new franchise instead of milking angry birds dry
