Well in that environment, the other extreme is being wannabe horndog.
I think this is the closest to full ed on youtube?
So if Leon already inherited the Golden Armor, what will Alfonso get?
Besides bloodline inheritance, how do Makai Knights get contracts?
I'm guessing Gaia isn't long for this world.
What's precedent ever done for us?Patrilineal inheritance is usually the way they are handed down, however some Makai Knights give their armor to students, usually when the student doesn't have their own armor
Also, expand on contracts, I don't get exactly what you mean.

Sorry, I thought that being able to put on an armor was the result of a contract with Zoruba.
Or was that just the golden one?
The thing is that something that wasn't really explained well in the show is that it's actually not common for Makai Knights to go around without a magic familiar of some sort, usually a piece of jewelry or an accessory of some sort. Zaruba is the familiar belonging to GARO himself. The fact that Germán doesn't seem to have one of those is weird to me. Rafael as well.
Oh, so each suit has it's own guardian familiar.
Thanks, I should really watch the original show.
The other knights in Yami o Terasu Mono didn't have familiars either. And I can't remember if DAN had one either.
DAN has one. It's a bracelet. Yami wo Terasu Mono also tells you that it's the FUTURE and the custom of having such familiars has been lost on these last generations.
Ep 6 is out.
Watch SymphogearHeh, Ema spoke what we were all thinking.
Sure was an emotional punch this time.
You see, León needs more moments like the ones in this episode. Y'know, when we actually see him being something else than a block of wood with a frown scribbled on it. He showed a range of emotions other than >:( and it awesome. Seeing how naïve León is really kind of endeared me to him. His perpetual frowniness simply seems to be whatever the medieval equivalent of chuunibyou is.
So, that scene with the voluptuous woman redeemed León for me. Praised be Kobayashi.
There was also more of Ema and anything with Ema in it cannot be bad.
Oh, yeah, also, Germán. No fucking hookers this time, but he got into some more arguments with León. 'Twas pretty funny. He also got to kick ass at the end of this episode, and he actually managed to out-Kratos Kratos.
I also must praise that monster design for this week's Horror. That shoulder mounted industrial forge was stupidly awesome and/or awesomely stupid. I wish I had one of these. Scratch that, I'm going to cosplay as Shoulder Mounted Industrial Forge Horror at my next anime convention if I don't feel like cosplaying as GARO.

what's funny is that if ema hadn't interrupted, Leon probably would of given in and fucked both those fruit stand women, making him Not So Different from daddy Herman.

Watch SymphogearNow I kind of want that to happen.
considering how assholiish they started to act after Leon left, I found the horror slicing through their house and knocking them over to be hilariously karmic punishment.
Watch SymphogearGotta say, that was the best monster design so far.
Plus, he can make grilled cheese anytime he wants.
Next episode is out.
Watch SymphogearThat was quite the sudden shift. Next episode doesn't seem to be any better.
Is this the filler of the Garo universe?
I've been getting kind of bored with this show, so I approve of this episode's weirdness
And next episode appears to be half an hour of naked German, which I'm sure there's an audience for.
What's precedent ever done for us?MAPPA, I know GARO doesn't have a literally unlimited budget like Bahamut does, but you really fucking dropped the ball on the animation on this episode. There was kind of little movement on this episode as a whole. At least the CG was top notch, as usual. I can see MAPPA has its priorities straight.
So, those ring things at the end of GARO's scarf actually accomplish a purpose. And he can run on them. Sure, why not.
I did not like this episode. However, I will not drop this because a. I liked the fight scenes, even if they lasted like 10 seconds and b. León is starting to not suck as a character, and I want to see what he'll turn into. And to see if he'll finally get some.
Definitely looking forward to more naked Germán◊ next episode.

Well, that sure was twenty-five minutes of German being German.
Gotta say, the dude's way more gentlemanly than your typical anime skirt-chaser.
What's precedent ever done for us?
I dOn't find him bland.
I find him realistic in how he acts around a dad who sleeps around with everyone.
It's like Rorschach and how he came about to be due to literally being a Son of a Whore in Watchmen.
