Opened...making it a supertrope (if it's not already) would be a good idea.
IMO it seems like Wholesome Crossdresser is written far too generally as a subtrope thus taking all the general crossdressing examples.
I think we need to make Crossdresser an index/super trope and narrow down the exact subtropes, which would require splitting Wholesome Crossdresser into at least 2 or 3 tropes, Attractive or convincing Crossdresser, Crossdressing is normal, and so on.
Well it already lists a couple tropes as subtropes, so move in the other crossdressing tropes and cleaning up the examples should do it.
As for Wholesome Crossdresser, I agree there are a few different things going on there and it ought to be broken down at some point.

It seems like everyone puts the tropes under Wholesome Crossdresser or Villainous Crossdresser so this one is pretty unneeded in comparison. On the other hand it does seem like a Super Trope so maybe it can be a page that doesn't list examples?
