On the wiki watchlist sidebar it appears as "Where is that trope?" as well.

I'm asking if it's supposed to switch back and forth like that, not what the name is supposed to be.

The reason I ask is that every time I open a new page and check the troperville menu it switches between the two. Is that deliberate?
