Is the PSP unable to do wireless PS 3 transfers? Okay then.
But yeah, the initial reaction I saw all over the place to this was just overreaction until people realized that the download list would still work and you could get new games in a roundabout fashion. If Sony intends to keep updating the store, cutting support for old platforms would have to come eventually.
I'm more curious as to what will happen when it's the PS 3's turn.
Should probably let people know that this isn't going to affect the American PSP PSN store just yet. They're still trying to decide whether to keep it or not.
Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle.PSP doesn't have a special USB cable. Any mini-USB to USB cable will do.
The Vita is actually unable to play a large amount of the PSP's library (many PS 1 classics only work in certain regions, several PSP titles that flat-out disallow the Vita or aren't on PSN, etc.), so there's still good reason to use one.
I have a... very special PSP that doesn't use PSN for downloading games, but this is a shame.
What makes a good man turn neutral? Lust for gold? Power? Or were you just born with a heart full of neutrality?

Kinda sucks but supposedly you can still buy stuff on the PS 3 or PC psn and transfer it, which actually works faster. So basically you just can't access the store on the PSP itself...that said you do have to have either a PS 3 or PC and transfer cables or card readers so it will be a hassle
