I've noticed something, that bubblegum has at least one, but more likely TWO berserk buttons.

1. Others putting her subjects into harms way/exploiting her subjects. Some might question this due to her "sacrificing" her subjects, but she doesn't throw their lives away, and does clone/restore them when she can. The only reason she stopped cloning James was due to the fact that he kept throwing his life away to "save" her. This would also explain why she was such a jerk during Tree Trunks wedding. She has a MAJOR dislike for the king of Oooo. Why? Well other then him denying her rule, of the kingdom SHE literally built....he also intended to enslave Mr Pig and Tree Trunks. It's likely he has done this before in "legal" ways and if not for her lawful nature she'd probably have his head on a pike. Another example? She was perfectly willing to painfully torture Ice King when he refused to help unfreeze her subjects willingly. The fact he was the one responsible (Even if he didn't mean to do it) might factor into this as well. The Princess goes a long way to protect her people, and will eliminate any threats that she can. This might explain why she killed all of the robot guards. Some might try to call BS on her for this, HOWEVER one thing you must take into account is that the robots were getting more and more violent. They were even having underground blood sport events. Bubblegum probably feared they might start moving onto the Candy subjects. The only reason Rattle Balls was spared, was due to the fact he was not a violent killing machine like she feared his kind would become.

2. Unlawfully questioning her authority. She probably didn't rage against Goliad or Lemongrab due to Lemongrab being her creation, and he actually had a lawful right to the throne. She created Goliad, so she might have accepted that as her own fault, if not thinking she had a somewhat just right to the throne if she could take it from PB. The "lawfulness" is very important, as she seems rather attached to legal rules and such. Case in point when she "publicly executed Rattleballs" due to the fact that she couldn't pardon him without it effecting her credibility. She was probably worried Starchy or someone else might accuse her of "flip flopping". Another example is her hatred of the Duke of Nuts for eating all the pudding stores. This could be considered an act of disrespect, which is probably why she despised him so much. Of course he probably didn't do anything out and out illegal, so she couldn't act on it until she THOUGHT he did. And when Finn confessed, she DID stop trying to have the Duke arrested. All and all, it seems part of her rage is fueled/restrained by her lawfulness.

All in all, it seems PB has at least one or two Berserk buttons. Maybe three or just one if you can roll them up into overall threatening the stability of the kingdom.

Sorry. I'm going on a hiatus, hopefully for only a few days. Probably longer. I think its allergies. At least some of it.

Neither of those are Berserk Buttons. They aren't innocuous or harmless, both are something that many, if not most, people woold get angry about.

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.
