I've been waiting for Wil to comment on my suggestion or to tell me if I can link to the pictures without offending people.
I understand that the trope is more about the person who is applying the bondage rather than the person who is bound, so perhaps the pictures I was going to suggest would not be suitable because they focus on the bound rather than the binder?

I did take a look at the pic, but I didn't care for it...it seemed to have a lot of the same problems as some of the other suggestions. It's been a while, so I'll give it another look when I get a chance and refresh my memory.
