We aren't a big bureaucracy or a government enterprise. We don't have elaborate policies on when infractions expire and stuff like that. Instead, we have human beings who personally review each case to determine appropriate actions. So, yes, we keep your records forever, and no, we don't blindly apply a "three strikes" rule. We've found, however, that by the third time you've done the exact same thing wrong, you won't fix it.

Cool. Thanks. Guess that means I will need to keep my grammar up to snuff.

That what it means, yep.

I have been suspended twice. I know of the three strike rule which means if I make a serious enough mistake I may be banned permanently.
So, my question is this: Are my bans I have received ever going to be expunged? Similar to the driving violations and getting points on the license that will be removed in time? Or more akin to a criminal record? So say even seven years from now, I get a third strike for some bad grammar despite years of good conduct between then and now, it will be cause for a permanent ban?
