Sounds like fun on a bun!
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceThis looks really good. I need more 2D animation and I will gladly support this just like I will with Dawgtown. I just hope that they will be able to do well.
"If you look for the light, you can often find it. But if you look for the dark, that is all you will ever see."Project's site with more details on stuff: http://www.hullabaloo-movie.com/
I've known about this for a while thanks to their Facebook page. Sent them 25 bucks.
Looking for some stories?AWESOME! I'm going to support this as much as I can! We really need 2D animation to make a comeback!
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!Sweet! I was sad that Constant Payne wasn't picked up, and this seems like just the thing to fill that long-empty void my heart.
Yeah, that avatar's a 'Shop of my real face.>ex-Disney
>that high level of quality
>The Disney Corporation is not getting a penny out of it
COUNT ME IN!
P.S. If you think about it, this is history repeating itself. In the late 70s, Don Bluth left Disney to make an animated film of his own, free of corporate restrictions. And now these guys are doing the same thing.
Why am I just now hearing about this? O.O
I hope it doesn't end up too Disney-like. 'I wouldn't quit Disney just to do Disney.'
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatRalph Bakshi is a kooky fellow.
Ralph Bakshi is awesome.

Too bad I'm flat broke, or else I would have donated something. 2d animation plus female leads? Count me in.
Lets hope it doesnt end like Merida.
I really hope history doesn't repeat with these guys the way it did with Don Bluth. Poor guy just couldn't catch a break from the 90s onward.
Yeah, that avatar's a 'Shop of my real face.FUND IT!!!
I'll probably mention this in my live show on Sunday and ask everyone to give out funding for this project!
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!Let's summon it up: 2-D animation In Disney Quality in Steam Punk style (I always thought hat Steam Punk is perfect for animation) and with a female lead....
Want, want, want!!!!!!!!!
Hopefully this projects ends better than certain other independent projects.
Contributed $10! Might contribute more after my next paycheck.
Hullabaloo has been funded as of a few minutes ago! Now let's deal with those stretch goals.
I'm glad because I grew up on 2D animation, and thanks to us, this is now going to become a reality and this animation style will be saved!
WE DID IT!!!!
- celebrates* Can't wait to see the result!
Disney animator James Lopez and a few other animators that lost their jobs at Disney from the 2D cutdowns, are currently raising money for a project he's been working on the last couple years: A 2D Animated Steampunk film called Hullabaloo.
