What if Shinnok was turned into an octopus?

Perhaps, though something would have to have gone horribly wrong for Octonok to gain the tentacular power wielded by Quan Chi here, seeing as Geras specifically mentions that Liu Kang made New Era-Shinnok "powerless" (and his magic amulet never existed; General Shao briefly has it because "Damashi" brought it from Shang Tsung's New Era). Perhaps Nyarlathotep is messing with Liu Kang's timeline and forcibly transforming seemingly-ordinary cephalopods into eldritch horrors reminiscent of the Great Old Ones and/or the Outer Gods out of spite toward him and the Elder Gods?

Also, neat that Khameleon is back with Chameleon's gimmick of copying fighters, but the female ninja this time. That's some Canon Character All Along I can dig.

Is this Khameleon's first appearance on a non Nintendo console?

I feel like she was in Deadly Alliance or some game other than Armageddon for the Wii.

According to the wiki, the only non-Nintendo game she has appeared in is Mortal Kombat Mobile.

Faso: yeah, Reiko VERY much dosent regret what he did, saying khan vision of outworld is superior.

If anything Khan and bi han are a good example on how thing goes even against Liu kang wishes: Khan instead of a conqueror, he become a nationalistic agresor who feel Sindel is weaken the realm and Bi han recent being mere defenders.

Meanwhile one sucess liek tanya it looks like because a) she have faith in dalia, the umgadi and is close to power but with a purpose while also having someone to love.

I guess Liu kang help sindel to kept onaga, also help sindel to grow close to jerrod to avoid becoming dark sindel while also creating the umgadi to avoid asesinations. Is clear he pull the string quite more what he said.

I'm seeing this everywhere and it's pretty clear, Anthony Star is not voicing Homelander. Now leave the dude alone, we don't know why he isn't in the game.

most likey answer is simply he didnt get that much from M Kteam than from Co D, is a shame but well it is what it is.

I don't see why Starr wouldn't be up for it, its not even the first time Starr voice acted Homelander as he voiced the character in The Boys Diabolical animated anthology.

Yeah he himself said he would have been up for it.

Here's a series of Pretty Cure characters as guest fighters in Mortal Kombat 1. Basic premise is that Liu Kang used the Pretty Cure universe to build his New Era alongside rebooting the previous Mortal Kombat timeline (the NRS Trilogy timeline). The result is that rather than the classic guest fighter somehow ends up in the Mortal Kombat timeline, the Pretty Cures are part of the timeline.

Well, Quan Chi's out and he has one of those intros with sindel where they cutely namedrop parts of the franchise and said namedrops are even capitalized incase we don't get it. Anyone think that gag's starting to feel forced and worn out?

Still, hey better that than the other more obscure parts of the franchise be mostly unknown save for the hardcore fans.

The intro dialogues are always super campy anyways. It's never bothered me.

I finally got a PS 5, and I've played up to Mileena's chapter of story mode (hard difficulty):

• For a game with no Sonya, they sure love her MK 11 moveset.
• Why is Ermac such a spammer?? Is this true for other difficulties?
• Baraka is insanely fun. I like how they updated his gameplay without overhauling his core moves. I'll probably start off maining him.
• I expected to love Ashrah, but I don't really get her yet. It'll probably take some training.
• Ok, Megan Fox is bad, but she's not...as bad as I expected? Like, her lines are corny and a little flat, but most of the characters sound a little corny to me. (Especially Johnny Cage. I love him, but him and Nitara are roughly equally cringey to me.)
• Awww. Poor Syzoth.
• Shao is super cool (if a little annoying to face at first). Reiko is super boring.
• Sindel slays as usual.
• Tanya and Mileena are cool, but Tanya sure sucks at her job...

Do you guys think I should get Quan Chi or not? And why?
