Is the saying "When you cry, I cry!" a stock phrase?

Wouldn't the saying "When you cry, I cry" or "When you cry, I cry too!" be considered a stock phrase and therefor wouldn't constitute a new trope page on that saying? There isn't a trope page about that saying at the moment so that's why I am asking.

This is my first TV Tropes forum post so don't grill me on if I did something wrong, thanks.

EDIT: Oops, I'd take back my question. I just found the page "https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Administrivia/NoNewStockPhrases" that answered the question for me.

Greetings,

yep, as you noticed, that'd be a stock phrase and not a trope.
