I suppose you mean without counting piracy, or games that were briefly free but generally aren't.
I've tried Hearthstone, Sauerbraten, Quake Live, Dwarf Fortress, Age of Invasion and Transcendence. Then there are some multiplayer Flash games, such as Vortex Wars, Everybody Edits and Tanki Online. Details available on request (some of these games I've played more extensively than others).
