Those were my exact thoughts.

Seems the majority of the fandom thinks that's what is up.

Its a logical conclusion tbf and Ishida hasn't been exactly subtle with the foreshadowing that Touka is going to be pregnant.

, I'd say Tsukiyama mentioning Kaneki's sudden invested interest to make a livable future for Ghouls as another hint in that direction.

Can't wait for Touka to die for her sins in the past and Kaneki to go crazy and eat all Kagunes he can get his teeth on. Freud Was Right History Repeats.

And they can name their son Hide/Arima and daughter Rize/Eto

• Kou is exposed as one of the Oggai, and stabbed by Tsukiyama. Hirako and the 0 kids capture him, and he states he's there to deliver something to Kaneki.
• Kaneki reads a letter from Mutsuki, which apparently includes copies of several internal documents that show Yoriko was arrested. Mutsuki promises to help him, because I'm not mad anymore and I care about you~ so I care about the person that the person you care about cares about~. And offering to wait at the Chateau at 9pm from the 12th to the 17th, in case he accepts.
• Kaneki is like OBVIOUS TRAP IS OBVIOUS and burns the letter.
• Touka's package.....was a burger. While she forces herself to eat it, she remembers an earlier conversation with Kaneki about Ukina eating human flesh in order to give birth to Eto. It seems Touka is indeed pregnant, and eating human food because she's afraid of losing it.

Obvious mole was obvious. Also looks like Chapter 125 gets a new tag.

So how does she know the baby isn't a ghoul?

Prolly cause the father isn't a full Ghoul I guess.

Is Kaneki more Ghoul than human at this point?

He's a kakuja so I would say yes. Which is why I'm baffled by the assumption.

Um, because we're talking about reproductive dna. There's zero indication that his genetics have been altered to that extent, though I'm sure it will come up now that we have both a pregnancy and the whole ugly detail of Dr. Kanou doing a test involving semen.

Yeah, unlike Eto, Kaneki is still an artificial One-Eyed Ghoul so I'd assume his genetic DNA would still be that of a humans.

I'm not 100% convinced just because he's pretty far gone. I'm sure we'll get an explanation a dozen or so chapters from now on the matter. Also I like the implication that Touka actually told him what was up. That doesn't happen in a lot of stories.

Was it ever revealed who Touka visited in the hospital early on or is that plot point still up in the air?

So Volume 11 profile is Hajime/Kou.

He's only like.....11/12 years old. (Depending on what time of the year it is currently in the series.)

• Kaneki is overworking himself, and goes to fret over Touka. She tries to reassure him and get him to go away....but he spots a calendar she's been jotting things on, and sees some dates in December circled. When he starts asking about it, she freaks out and throws him out of the room.
• Mutsuki interrogates Yoriko, and gets nowhere.
• Urie visits Takeomi.
• Yoriko's execution date is set for April 15th.

Ah yes Good Child Day. I recall that date for the calendar. I wonder what fun events await?

Also for the previous chapter I can't help but see similarities with Etos parents as well. So I'm expecting a Family Tragedyx 4

Touka is probably going to die sadly. The foreshadowing and deathflags for it are too strong now. Damn.
