I'm pretty sure that's not what he means. Usually when he brings up that topic he means that it shouldn't be an excuse for a lack of effort into the product, which is something I agree with.

There are kids shows that have tackled serious subjects before...like Arthur and Courage the Cowardly Dog. Hey Arnold also has parental neglect towards Helga.
I honestly have no idea why a lot of adult cartoons tend to throw in a lot of sex humor.

You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life! The vast majority of those shows' episodes, however, concentrated on frivolous matters - horror comedy and slice of life stuff, respectively.
It is probably best to not concentrate on what was, in the end, a minority, in favor of celebrating the great majority.
Because sex humor can be very funny in the right hands.

"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."Sex humor is funny when done right..when it's done poorly however, boy can it be painful. So, basically almost every adult cartoon on the air now.
Supports cartoons being cartoony! And then there's the stuff Adventure Time has tackled. For those who don't remember, one of the show's main villains was revealed to be a sad, lonely old mutant suffering from the magic equivalence of alcoholism and Alzheimer's rolled into one. He wasn't a villain anymore after that.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatOne thing I wonder is why Kyun and Aldo seem so obsessed with trying to discredit an opinion that isn't their own.
I may not agree with Enter all the time, but I don't try and disparage him for everything he does.

"You can run, but you can't hide from the Buzzinator!"Before I watch the video, I have to ask, did anything special happen on April 9?
Supports cartoons being cartoony!I absolutely loved that episode.
The fact that Mr. Enter gives a crap about quality in products that are targeted at a mercilessly derided demographic is something I immensely respect him for.
I think "April 9th" is just the name of the episode, as in when something in universe took place.

What is a fandom? A miserable little pile of flame wars! 3DS FC: 0387-9377-7408 PSN ID: Raven King SageNever really gave a damn about the show, at all. I preferred the CD-RO Ms based on the books.
The fact is, folks, while you can't just put any old crap out there and excuse its awful quality by saying "It's for kids," if someone makes a perfectly serviceable kids' show - i.e., 95% of all shows on the major kids' networks - it's redundant to criticize. Besides, the kids know what they like. They can tell a truly awful show when they see it.

"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."The titular date in the Arthur episode that he reviews in this vid is an allegory to September 11th.

"You can run, but you can't hide from the Buzzinator!"Thanks guys
anyways, I never care that much for Arthur, but I have to give them some kudos for tackling an issue like that. And this is coming from someone who likes cartoons to be fun.

Supports cartoons being cartoony!I never really watched that much of Arthur...Veggie Tales and Magic School Bus were my main educational tunes in elementary school.
I did watch "Arthur's Big Hit" because of Enter's Atrocity video of it, and it was bad. Not "OMG worst thing I've seen" bad, but pretty bad.
Anyways, do you guys think that Enter might do an Admirable of Charlie Brown Christmas this year? I do want him to, (or do at least one Peanuts special for either Admirable/Atrocity) but I kinda doubt it.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!So now you can watch youtube videos? I remember you saying way too often that your computer couldn't handle them.
For people who care about G.A, this should be good news

boop I'm more active on herestimpy's fan club is actually number 13. caught me off guard, but i'm happy to see it on the list.
"Stimpy's Invention" and "Space Madness" are probably more disturbing episodes; and there may be a few in the Games era that go even further.
Still, none of those had Ren contemplating outright murdering Stimpy.
Was his pick for Courage "King Ramses' Curse"?

"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."No, it was actually "House of Discontent", which I'm fine with.
Actually a rather inspired choice; though I might have gone with "The Great Fusilli."
And what is a list of disturbing animation without "Minnie the Moocher," "The Case of the Stuttering Pig" or "Pigs is Pigs"?!

Glad he added some classic cartoons and R&S, despite mistaking Looney tunes for silly symphonies. Pretty sure the cartoon was a Merrie Melody
Some Flesicher and Space madness would have been nice.

Supports cartoons being cartoony! He actually made that mistake?
Like, I can imagine the common man doing that - but he's a cartoon reviewer! You oughta expect him t'know that Looney Tunes are Warner Bros. and Silly Symphonies are Disney at the very least.
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."
It's really not that bad of an excuse. Do you really expect shows that are sorely targeted towards kids to tackle issues like depression or death in a realistic/serious manner? I can't think of one that has done this.
