Also, it would be easier to take the demons rage at Meliodas being a traitor more seriously if they didn't casually use each other as fodder like in this chapter. Or at least the lower ones, but that doesn't really make it better.

I think it makes sense for who they were fighting, they'd have to get extra desperate to fight them. She was willing to get hit by his attack if that was their best chance to beat Melodias.

Plus we don't really know much about the mooks beyond them being evil.

Also noticed just now that the mark on his face has changed.

Beyond the initial shock none of them seemed to care about Melascula dying, either, and who knows how long she was with them.

And, yeah, his demon mark is more like it used to be when he was with the Ten Commandments. It doesn't look complete, though.

The more you think about it the less her plan makes sense. Like, why would she think Monspeet hitting him with everything he's got would be able to kill him if everything else he got hit with last time didn't.

Onto something different, I wonder if Estarossa is the one who changed Drole and Gloxinia since turning others into demons is apparently his thing.

Seriously, why do Monspiet and Derrierie have a sweeter, more wholesome relationship than the main couple of this series?

I like Meliodas and Elizabeth myself.

I find nothing to like about Meliodas and Elizabeth, but then that's because I'm not as accepting of how their interactions works as I used to be.

Take out the groping and I'd probably find them funny, if nothing else.

I mean, Meliodas and Elizabeth is a fucked up relationship, but at least it appears to be mutually and consensually fucked up.

I don't mind the groping all that much.

I don't find it to be that big of a deal, to me.

I guess it's more that I find Meliodas and Elizabeth's romance uninteresting now, so I don't care about it.

Me neither. Considering other pervert characters, Meliodas is tame.

Also how many of you cringe when Elizabeth said "you can grope as much as you want?"

When a guy basically starts by groping a woman until she likes it, and refers to her as his woman when she's a newborn baby?

Yeah, that's pretty bad. Just because I didn't say anything about it doesn't mean the groping and how it progressed their romance doesn't bother me.

Honestly, I could overlook the groping if he displayed the slightest bit of respect for her, especially her independence.

He is a fucking demon.

Now matter how much he tries to pass himself off as a hero if demons are naturally bad then his behavior makes sense.

"Grope away" strikes me as more on Mangastream than what she actually said, but I get the point. He really seems to want to write romances but isn't exactly good with the execution.

So...what do you think happened with the Demon King?

I just realized he was expecting her to act all flustered when he put her hand on his chest and that's what all the extra groping was about. That makes it a bit creepier, I think.

I'm kind of enjoying this. I'm having fun with stupid shounen bullshit with this and Akame ga Kill's climax

I'm still baffled that some people actually think there's a serious chance these two are dead. Have people learned nothing from reading this?
