Wouldn't he start at pretty much Kid Goku level? Saiyans needed a lot of continued effort and training to reach DBZ level powers.
Actually, that's a good question. I think it would allow him to turn into a regular Sayien, but he would need to constantly train in order to eventually reach Super-Saiyen.
Or alternatively, his Ultimate form would be a super-saiyen with the Ultimatrix^^
Never thought of the Ultimatrix route! It'd either be SSJN or Oozaru, lol

Lol Kryptonian Ben would be kinda awesome^^ But Saiyen Ben would also make a good crossover. Would be fun to have a fanfic about Goku training Ben how to proprerly use this form.

So essentially, Ben's hair and eyes would become black and he'd grow a tail and maybe gain some muscle mass. Ultimate Saiyan would probably either any of the SSJ forms or Oozaru.

Actually, he should be able to go Great Ape as soon as he sees a full moon. Super Saiyan can be the Ultimatrix transformation.
As others have said, he'd could be turned into a Saiyin pretty easily but most of the transformations involve insane amounts of training. Much easier to sample Kryptonian, Daxamite or Martian(DC Flavor)DNA. All have power levels that are at comparable to the top Saiyans and don't require training to tap.
Title pretty much explain the hypothesis.
Ben10's Omnitrix, it can store ANY SPECIES' DNA. How would that work if Ben decided to, say, take a sample of [[Dragon Ball Z: Goku's]] DNA? How would that work?
Same way as usual in my opinion. Although I'd be interested to see if it would just give Ben a Saiyan Tail and ability to go SS 1-3, or would he not be strong enough to reach it?
