What do you mean by that? What's made you think he doesn't have a Fourth Wall?

His comment to the cop, "Of course you are not the star of this story". At the very least that's Leaning on the Fourth Wall.

Ah. Yeah, I guess you can consider it that; I probably meant it that way, come to think of it. But it's not quite breaking the Fourth Wall either.

BTW, this isn't a criticism. I love the idea of a character that knows this is an RPG. Or at least fiction of some kind.

so we put everything their spirits say in italics? Also, how do you write in italics?

Italics is generally used for thoughts, and the inner spirits speak to their hosts mentally, so naturally the spirits speak in italics.

To do italics on this website, use two single quotes ('). Like this: ''Italics''.

@Hellfire: Just a thought; your posts in the main RP thread would probably be easier to read if you separated your two character's thoughts&dialogue into separate paragraphs, as opposed to keeping it all together.

At this point I don't think George will be allowed into any group our heroes may create. Even if he's a nice guy, if Loki can start fires without George's consent then George is a potential hazard to anyone around him.

When I see the Mysterious Guy's name is Mr. Freeman and the fact that he seems to know a lot more than he lets on, and he doesn't have much emotion, and he may or may not be human... all I can think of is the G-Man from Half Life 2. "The right... maninthe wrong.... place... can make ALL the dif-fer-ence in the woooorrrrld. So wake up... Missssster Freeman. Wake up and.... small the aaaaashes."

Gearge doesn't really realize how much control he has over Loki's actions. He just assumed God=in charge. And yeah I'm also assuming that George/Loki will wind up the Token Evil Teammate even after George takes more control.

At this rate I don't think he's even going to be a teammate. A malicious prank is one thing, but pissing off a beast that could easily kill people in a crowded city is quite another. I can't think of any logical reason the others would keep him around, especially since George literally just told them his spirit is Loki, mythical trickster god who betrays the other gods at Ragnarok.
