What happened to the shortcuts on the left side of the page?

First off, I deeply apologize if this topic doesn't go here, TV Tropes' forums are still a little confusing to me with the layout and whatnot, a bit different than the forums I'm used to.

Now, I've been checking out a few pages recently, and I've noticed that the shortcuts to things like Characters, Nightmare Fuel, Funny, YYMV, etc. are missing.

It happens when I'm logged out, and it's not Adblocker doing anything. Has TV Tropes been updated and I missed it? Or is it a site glitch?
