I might have mentioned this earlier, but I'm really digging the streetwear aesthetic they're shooting for in this. It reminds me of a more contemporary take on Jet Set Radio's look, which is great cause I love Jet Set Radio.
New details on the Inkling's Octarian counterparts.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.I wouldn't be surprised if much of Jet Set Radio's old staff came to Nintendo just prior to Splatoon, considering all of the similarities between the games.
Also, does the official artwork's style look familiar to anyone?

You got some dirt on you. Here's some more!Guys. That last hashtag.
Admiral Ackbar DLC confirmed.
So, my guess is one of the later levels is a trap and then the good Cap'n has to bail us out. Probably by performing a Heroic Sacrifice.
Just in time for the final level, I bet.
60 FPS video of the gun we know and a newly introduced one.
Judging by the meatier sounds of the second gun, but the seemingly slower fire rate, I'm guessing one will be a bog-standard run of the mill rifle, and the other will be a traditional "Strong but Slow" modification to the rifle for those who like the big guns.
Also, an Inking that gets splattered sounds so pitiful.
IIRC the reticle wasn't there in the E3 demo, right? I like how it tells you when you're close enough to hit a wall/squid.
Also, 3-hit kills with the splattershot and 2-hit with the .54 gallon. Seems quick, but then again you have to get up close and take all the jumping and squidding around in consideration.
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."Yeah the E3 demo had no reticles on screen because you were shooting ink so you knew exactly where you were shooting.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureAnd now we get a 60 FPS cat video.
Truly the video we needed the 60fps option for.
For Those who Seek the Thrill of Death: A Dramatic SMT3 Hard PlaythroughCat videos? On the internet?!
It was to show the fur techniques used on Top Secret.
Dressed to Kill.Nintendo's already rendered the Perfect Next Generation Substitute Plushie at Full HD at 60fps, the fur technique is already a proven thing
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!New details in Famitsu, mostly about Hero Mode.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences. Now the question is: What colors do they come in?
Well, the amiibos wouldn't have 2DS or 3DS functionality...
riiiiight?
