Not sure how I feel about that trailer after the others.

• Compare that one to the D'Vorah, Kung Lao, Kano trailers. Kitana has less presence.
• They pretty much showed us her fatality, whereas they hinted at the others.
• Kitana? Really?
  • So now Kung Lao is back (even though the one we know is dead).
  • Scorpion came back to life in the comics.
  • Of course there's a new Sub-Zero, even though the last two dying was supposed to be a significant pair of plot points.
  • And now Kitana's back...

Seems like Quan Chi's really bad at the whole "grim reaper" thing. At least when Shang Tsung killed somebody, the only reason they came back was due to Raiden being a dick.

I can't wait to know how the hell Kung Lao and Kitana are alive.

"Fighting games" doesn't exactly ring with something as dedicated to having a storyline as MK. Especially with how well it did MK 9.

So apparently being killed during 9 meant nothing.

Let the lobbying for your favorite deceased character to be brought back begin!

• (Zombie) Liu Kang

I'm hoping for Baraka and Sektor to return as well.

I wonder if Tremor will show up in this game. Preferably as a playable character.

Smoke is my favorite ninja. If I could only pick one on my list, it'd be him. Preferrably not cyber, but acceptable if he is.

Just noticed Quan Chi is holding Moloch's head.

I'm starting to wonder when the next new character will be revealed. We haven't had any since they showed the first group of characters. Didn't they say something about the cast being mostly new?

I really didn't expect Moloch to return, and that clinched it.

I remember Ed saying that MKX would have the most number of newcomers of any game in the series. Which I think means at least 10 or 11 depending on if you count bosses

Come to think of it, they haven't introduced any newcomers since E3. Though there's still about 10-12 more reveals left.

Quan chi having Moloch's head was awesome.

Kitana is one of my MK 9 faves so I'm glad she's back, although how will they justify that? That she simply got better or Edenian magic? Or perhaps it's Mileena doing something with her body? Or one of the Kitana clones?

I can't believe I just noticed Kung Lao's X-Ray move. Sheeeeyeeesh, that's brutal.

And he borrowed that 100-punch move from Ip Man.

I might just be imagining things, but her fighting style seems a bit like Mileena's (lots of jumping on the opponent and such), plus it wouldn't be the first time she's imitated her dead sister. If it is Mileena, I'll be fine with it.

Quan's never been particually hard to kill -staying dead is another issue-

So This taunt intrigues me.

I hadn't thought of that. That'd be pretty devious... characters posing as other characters. Heck, King Jarrod was actually Ermac, and Kung Lai was actually Kung Lao.

Mileena posing as Kitana? I'd like that.

Read through chapter 3. Jax is also back from the dead, also Reiko and Mileena are apparently a couple now
