Mortal Kombat XL

With how well NRS did on this and Injustice 1, I actually would like to see them give Mortal Kombat VS DC another go. Even if its less violent if it was done in Injustice's more over the top brutal style I'd give it a mulligan.

But then again Steam has more sales than the Queen has corgis so I guess the Steam DLC will go down in price or something.

The PC version made by High Voltage sucked and looks to be unsalvageable by NRS so I can see why they don't want to even touch it.

Who even tries to play a Triple-A game by a major publisher on PC anymore? They always have problems.

I'm going to wait to see the price, and then decide whether to trade in the base game and buy the complete version outright, or just go ahead and get the DLC.

I was going to save up for the complete edition for PC.

I guess they don't want my money. Oh well, there's always Killer Instinct to look forward to.

For the amount of effort and resources it's going to take to put out something that most people aren't going to be able to run, and will probably break for those that do? No, they really don't.

If nothing else, not releasing the characters is pretty bad, but I can see why they'd not wanna try anymore with the PC version and break it even more than it is.

Are they not releasing the characters, or just the pack?

Isn't the pack just a collection deal? I know with the previous pack, you can buy the characters and stuff separately. I've bought Tanya, Goro, and Tremor but haven't bought Jason and Predator.

I'm probably going to buy Bo' Rai Cho and Tri-Borg from the new one. I might be tempted to grab the Xenomorph, Jason, and/or the Predator down the line, but they're not high on my priorities list.

"Kombat Pack 2" refers to all the content in the pack.

Yeah, these last 4 characters, as well as the Pit, will essentially be console exclusive.

Just about everyone who wants mods for... pretty much anything. Capcom's fighters in particular have a massive modding scene, but of course there's everything Bethesda, Valve, Bioware, and more produces.

And they all break, and everyone complains. Every time.

And than fans put out patches.

Fans can't fix poor online play though.

Bad netcode's hardly a PC exclusive issue.

This is the third time I've been screwed on a AAA title this year.

I am at a loss, and I almost hope an industry crash does occur so I can have a petty revenge laugh.

No, see, this is the petty laugh that console fans get because of how superior PC gamers have acted for the last 20 years.

2 of those games I got screwed on happened on Consoles. I built my PC last year. High horses are great and all but use them to look down on the right people.

Back to the actual game.

I finally got the trophy for a 10-match Ranked win streak. Had to use the PS+ upload trick, because it is so unfairly weighted against you. Win one match, and the ranking system will throw you against someone with hundreds of wins and single-digit losses. Or even better, there were several people with match counts in the thousands that I'm pretty sure were bots.

Holy shit. Huge discount on the Kombat Pack right now. It's 10 bucks!
