They show up fine for me. WMG no longer has text attached to it, so you have to recognize its logo, YMMV and Funny no longer appear if their pages don't exist, and all the tabs are in different positions relative to one another than what you may be used to, if that helps.
In any case, this is probably a better fit for Tech Wishlist, though I can see why it would belong here if it were intentional.

Is it normal that the other tabs like YMMV, WMG, Funny and what not no longer show up?
