Box art for me.
I personally prefer either Shodan or one of the enemies. I remember one specific enemy being a female where most of her body is mechanical and bloody and disgustingly gory.
We're all equal, but differ in thought and logic.Well, IIRC the box art depicts one of the higher-ranking cyborg enemies...
Still, if you can find an image of this gory cyborg, it might work for NightmareFuel/.

Moon◊Box art on the main work page, fer sure.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAlso, the current image for the Nightmare Fuel page qualifies as Just A Face And A Caption. I haven't played System Shock, so while I'm sure Shodan does plenty of scary stuff, the image is nothing more than a robotic head that does not look particularly creepy without context from the game.
I support the box art being used for the main page.
"Suffer a vicious person and you will fear vice. Suffer a virtuous one and you will soon loathe virtue itself." Tony DuvertI also agree with box art.
Boxart! People most likeley would want her for the nightmare fuel-page. I surely would want her there...she is staring into my souls while I check the usual tropes *shiver*
I think we can go ahead and run with changing the work page pic to the box art. That's done and tagged; locking up.
...with NightmareFuel.System Shock and Characters.System Shock. More the former than the latter (since the image is specifically only for SHODAN's folder and not the Characters page as a whole) - between VideoGame/ and NightmareFuel/, basically one's green and the other's not. Having not played System Shock yet (although I own System Shock 2 via GOG), I'm not certain if there's supposed to be a distinction here - as far as I know, there isn't, it's just "Oh, SHODAN is the most memorable thing in System Shock, let's use her for the work page image!" running into "Oh, SHODAN constantly watching the player is scary, let's use her for the Nightmare Fuel page image!".
I don't have any suggestions for replacement on NightmareFuel/, but for VideoGame/, we could use the box art◊ or the title screen◊ of the original game. I've shrunk the former to wiki size and done aspect-ratio correction on the latter:
