Anyone else thinking that "the dragon" will actually end up being a dragon?

I think it's a 50/50 chance.
There's a similar chance that Galavant's "death" will be reversed before the start of the next episode. They'll just mention how hard it was to save him from that sword to the chest, and that will be the end of it.

Kinda disappointed that Anthony Stewart Head wasn't back as Galavant's father, although I'm not sure how well the reimagining of Galavant's father would have fit him.
My reaction to the season thus far, as I said while catching the most recent episodes on Monday night: "This has become an Excuse Plot to give Menken the chance to right musical numbers, hasn't it?"
Regarding Galavant getting the sword to the chest, my reaction was: "Well, at least something happened."
I was getting very close to not caring about the show by that point, and if they have the audacity to end this season like they did last season, they should be cancelled this time.

I said I would watch the second season if it came on...aaaaand I didn't. How's it holding up so far for those watching?
Definitely an Excuse Plot for hilarious (mostly) musical numbers. Still very entertaining, though. Particularly Madelina.

Crud, I missed all of it. I should probably force myself to watch the next episode.
Oh, Madelina. She made the show super entertaining. That and Richard and Sid. But for Richard and Sid they had to be because they were the comic relief...Madelina's just really interesting. Although I remember in the last season I eventually got tired of her antics...but her lines are funny! (Disclaimer: at least from what I remember; it's been nearly a year!)
I really hope they end the show this time...? If not I might give up.

Now that was the kind of proper ending that last season should have gotten.
I wasn't expecting to see weird al again.
Well, I'm sad it's over. But at least it got a proper ending this time.
Still be nice if we got a third season though.
