The Doctor definitely beat out Doc Brown despite not getting the last line.

The one with Poe and King is the only one where I'd be even a bit hesitant to hand the win to whoever George Watsky played.

And then there's times where the "obvious" winner completely backfires. Like, I'm pretty sure Clint Eastwood was supposed to beat Bruce Lee, but all he said was racist shit and then made a joke about Lee's dead son.

I think part of the problem was they kind of wrote themselves into a corner. The Artists vs. TMNT sounds great on paper, but there really is limited material to actually make fun of the Renaissance artists. Outside of "Teehee, you draw naked guys, that's gay" there really isn't much else that could be made fun of.

Yeah some battle are clearly one sided given the personality of the chararters: Edison reputation as a greedy ashole or Sinatra being pretty much a homophobe.

On the other hand amstrone lines against Babe ruth comes as weak and bland, while Ruth low blows(the fact that lance fundation kick him out,his relation with and olsen twin) are pretty good, same with clint rap againts bruce lee

In fact, I think they understimed how good Hitler rap was against Vader in the remach, and being forced to make a tie breaker in 3 season
