While wandering through the mountains of the Spine, a young Eragon sees a flash of light. When he goes to investigate the flash of light, he finds a single golden ring with a simple inscription: "Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul, ash nazg thrakatulûk, agh burzum-ishi krimpatul" .
During a battle between Metallo and Superman Jimmy Olsen dies saving Superman's life.
Later that day, he comes back to life with the power of a New God flowing through his veins.
TV Tropes Powers. Activate!!!!!Sean Connery returns from his thousand-year slumber to the desolate wastes of the modern film industry, teams up with Peter Jackson and Edgar Wright and saves the universe from the forces of corporate paranoia and cliché overdose.
I will think of something witty and profound to stick down here. Some dayHmm...
How about one that gives Wonder Woman her own team? Now, I'm not talking about a Justice League or Wonder-Family type deal, I mean a team of unique characters that could stand on its own feet. Wondy's the only one out of the Big Three without a real team. Batman has the Outsiders, Superman has the Legion of Superheroes, but the closest Diana got to a team was...this.◊
@Orion: Translation ,please?
Some interesting ideas, there, folks. Remember however that this is all going into a *single* story. There will be no limits as to what can be included (since its a crossover) but it may take a while to get from one setting to another, just a heads up.
Also, should I write the story here, like I did the first time, or put it in its own thread? For easy of reading and such.
It's the One Ring from LOTR.
How about Princess Daisy getting a job as a demolitions expert?
I suspected it, just wanted to make sure.
Cute idea, but why? Has she taken to playing with bob-ombs?
I suppose so.
You could always incorporate the emotion spectrum. You had some amazing ideas about that.
Forgiveness is beyond justice, faith is superior than hope, redemption is better than perfection and love is greater than them all.It is great to see you back.
Ideas, eh?
How about Eragon in a mist ridden forest on the search for unique monsters that have attacked people at a nearby village. From the fog Deadpool spots Eragon.
The mist is from the Stephen King novel.
It comes. The corrupter comes. Don't let it touch the tower lest all reality crumble. Thanks, its nice to be back. :)
And I think I see a story starting to form here... a few plots, at the least. I'll try to begin today.
Sorry I couldn't post last night, folks, I was busy.
But I will do so NOW!
CHAPTER I
A teenage boy, dressed in medieval clothing and carrying crude ancient weapons, wandered warily through a forest. The woods were dark and silent, unusually so. But then, the accursed Mist obscured sight of everything beyond a few feet. And they were there, around him- the things that had attacked his village. He knew it, and kept waiting for them to jump him at any moment.
He didn't know what they were. Nobody did, nor where the Mist had come from; it just showed up overnight, and the monsters with it. Some believed that it was Galbatorix's doing, but he doubted even the tyrant had such magic. In any case, after several days of being shut indoors, the village chief finally ordered every able bodied male villager outside to go hunt the things down.
But the boy now feared that it had been a bad idea. No matter how many monsters they managed to kill, there seemed to be more! And now, he'd gotten separated from the group...
Suddenly, he spotted something glowing through the fog. He approached it, and saw something lying on the ground. A... ring?
He picked it up, and saw an inscription in some strange language in it: Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul, ash nazg thrakatulûk, agh burzum-ishi krimpatu.
Somehow, he could tell that the ring was important- and powerful...
"Hey kid, if I were you, I wouldn't touch that thing!" a stranger's voice said from behind the boy.
He quickly turned around- and was utterly puzzled at what he saw. A man, dressed on some sort of- costume? It was red and black, and it covered him from head to toe. He looked like a jester, except he was carrying several metallic objects, some of which the boy recognized -like swords- and others he didn't.
"These are guns, boy! Come on, don't tell me you have never-" the man suddenly said.
-*Eh? How did he know what I was thinking?* was the boy's reaction.
"I just read it, of course" the strange man added. "What is this, anyway? It's not a comic book, its not a video game... Oh my God, don't tell me- I'm in a Fanfic!?" he suddenly said, horrified.
The boy became frightened. The man was speaking gibberish now! He raised his sword defensively.
"Hey, wait a minute, I know you!" the stranger said. "You're that annoying kid from that terrible movie with the dragon, Eragon was it? Man, Jeremy Irons was the only good thing there. Just forget about the ring and run home, boy. And if you find a strange egg-"
But he didn't finish his sentence, as suddenly, a pair of hands reached out from the mist and grabbed him! "HEY WHAT THE! Let me go!" he shouted, as he got pulled out of the boy's sight.
That was all the boy could stand. He turned around and, forgetting about the ring, he ran back through the Spine mountains to his village.
Inside the mist, the costumed man turned around and pulled out both of his swords, shouting, "Hands off, buddy, or I'll cut ya!!"
In front of him, was a rather nondescript man he had never seen before, who stared at him unintimidated.
"Wait, let me read that blue link" the swordman said, seemingly staring at thin air.
"Blue link?" the other man said.
Suddenly the red man laughed his head off. "Oh I see! YOU are the author of this crappy fanfic!"
"Fanfic... you think you are in a fanfic now?" Sijo said, shaking his head. Deadpool's delusions were such a headache. "What are you doing in this world?" he asked.
"Beats me. I was in new York, killing people and charging money for it, you know, the usual, when this fog comes along and next thing I know, I'm here."
Sijo seemed to ponder for a moment. "Yeah, I noticed the Mist disrupting the dimensional barrier of this world and came to investigate it when I found you." Then he noticed that the mist was getting thinner. "Oh, it looks like its starting to go away, like it did once on Earth". Quick, let's use it to get you back to your world while we can. Just follow my lead."
"Oh, before we leave, you might pick that up, too" Deapool said, pointing to the ring.
"-What the- Sauron's Ring!? But- it was destroyed in Mount Doom! Wasn't it?"
"I dunno, I didn't watch the last film".

"Oh I see! YOU are the author of this crappy fanfic!"
That was hilarious
Forgiveness is beyond justice, faith is superior than hope, redemption is better than perfection and love is greater than them all.May I suggest Sean Bean as a recurring character? He'd have to die every single time he appeared of course, but come back looking completely different (i.e. He first appears as Ned Stark, then dies and returns later as Boromir).
Anything goes here (except it must be tied to existing franchises). Still I think I can work that in too.
Will you be able to work in my idea?
I already figured a way. I expect to post daily, so I'll be getting to it soon.
what about wonder woman working at men only bar? (silly I know).
Forgiveness is beyond justice, faith is superior than hope, redemption is better than perfection and love is greater than them all.I already have plans for Wondy, but I'll what I can do.
That was awesome. I can't wait to see what else comes up.
Hmm, Nazgul would be hunting the ring. I know have the Overlord find the one ring then encounter Deadpool, you, and Nazgul. You could also have the pterodactyl things in the mist act as Suaraman's eyes.

It comes. The corrupter comes. Don't let it touch the tower lest all reality crumble.Nice idea, thanks.
Thanks for the support, folks. Sorry I couldn't write tonight, but I was busy. I'll try again tomorrow.
Also, please remember that just making suggestions isn't enough, you have to explain why I should use them. I'm trying to be more picky this time (but being fair with everybody.)
If you want more detail on the Daisy thing, maybe you could have her do Cigar-Fuse Lighting on the bob-ombs using a stogie made of fire flowers.

I'm looking more for "you should use this idea because it fits in the story in X way or makes it better in X way" kind of comments.
I'm back! :D Here's the original thread: [1]
I had a blast the last time I did this, but had to stop because I ended up with more suggestions than I could handle. That's why there will be some changes this time:
-I will be more picky as to what I choose to use. So if you really want your suggestion used, try to convince me of why it would be a good idea.
-I will only accept existing series, not vague suggestions. This saves me from having to come up with too much on my own. And of course, it must be material I've seen or read about. However, that covers a LOT. You can suggest stuff that's not canon however, such as "write about one of the Crystal Gems having a boyfriend" for example.
So if you have an idea for a fanfic but can't write it yourself, this is your chance. I tend to prefer superheroes and fantasy but will give almost anything a try. (I'm hoping this turns into a Massive Multiplayer Crossover, but in a smooth way.)
Note to the staff: if you think this fits better in Just For Fun! Or somewhere else, let me know.
