Okay I remember an old show that used to be on CN.
It was a live-action/computer graphics hybrid that came out in I think the early thousands.
In a school two kids meet a mysterious girl with a snarky talking "thing" in her backpack who she has a symbiotic relationship with & they then go into a computer world CG avatars with the thing in the girls backup taking the form of a green dinosaur or bipedal animal to fight some kind of conspiracy.
Anyone know what show I'm talking about?

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Yup thats the one.
Thanks.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I’m not caught up with the goings of the kids networks and how popular they were on the net but last time I checked, CN was winning and Nick and Disney weren’t close. What happened?
And also Nick got better. Also also Disney never really suffers in the animation department.
Jason has come back to kill for Mommy.@Crossover-Enthusiasts
“a lot of Christmas specials, both modern and classic, are on the app and on demand.”
Besides steaming/on demand. Its seems odd, especially during the holiday season, for Cartoon Network to not air a lot of their holiday broadcast during their tv schedules. I like there is other option to watch that, but c’mon they could at least just make a schedule for those who don’t use said alternative means. I would of expect them to take advantage of all platforms of media to get as much ratings as everybody (save for Adric) enjoy the holidays and would like to watch some Christmas specials/episodes/movies.
That’s a weird oxymoron: Disney suffering in animation . . . well unless its Disney Channel however.
Wait why am I being singled out?
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Yeah, how dares Adric try to get the thread on a more positive and less repetitive topic to prevent the thread from being locked. Jerk.

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.x3 I kind of misread your comment as no holiday specials of any shows for a year instead of no Grandma Gets Run Over By A Reindeer special for a year.
My bad.
Well one reason why Disney has been doing better in their TV animation as of late is because most of their show creators 4 years ago were all ex-Cartoon Network mainstays who jumped ship once CN Real happened.

It's hard to believe that for a whole week I refrained from watching Cartoon Network, but I did.
When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your griefTo be honest, I don't find myself watching Cartoon Network all that much anymore unless Gumball or We Bare Bears is on. I think the constant TTG! reruns (plus the fact that I tend to favor Nickelodeon and Disney XD anyway) is really making me lose my motivation for watching the channel. I even watch Boomerang more often than I watch Cartoon Network now.
"Pardon me, that extremely loud and extremely deep voice you may have just heard. It was me. Oh, it is such a long story..."Yeah. I just couldn't watch Teen Titans Blow anymore.
I hope at some point the fatcats in charge take a step back to realize what theyr'e doing.
...I also hope that these new shows won't get screwed over by the aforementioned dreck.
When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your griefI want to have hope in these new shows, but when I see stuff like apple and onion or Unikitty, I can't help but feel like I've gotten too old to enjoy this... "entertainment".
"We be we baby!"I have more hope for Apple and Onion than Unikitty.
The holidays ended. It's natural for your viewing habits to totally change for 2 weeks.
CN just hinted that fans of Gumball will be happy with the January 2018 schedule.
I dont know if people know but it seems like Craig of The Creek has been greenlit!
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here. It's already a known fact that Cot C has been greenlit. But it's obvious that's the cream of the crop.
"We be we baby!"Oh ok, good.
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here.Craigofthe Creek is looking like a much better executed Clarence - and I do like Clarence, unlike how most of the internet treats it like pure crap - but yeah, it has its problems... Still, I hope it goes out with a bang, rather than a whimper, in time for Cot C to take its place this year.
If Tigglewinks ever becomes a thing, I'll definitely watch that, too. Especially because it's looking like a much better executed Uncle Grandpa... A show I wanted to like, but it sadly failed me as time went on. Hopefully, that won't be the case here.
Everything else that's new??? Not too terribly interested all that much.
I'm looking forward to more episodes of OKKO!, WBB, Mighty Magiswords (please hurry up already! I love this show....), Gumball (although I hope it ends soon, now that it's creator has left... Better to end as a hilarious legend than as a zombie, am I right???), and sadly that's about it (not a fan of SU like most of the internet is, but whatever.). Still a lot to look forward to for 2018, IMHO.

New Web Browser, same old Shokew.I would put Forever Twelve on the new list, but that's moving to Netflix. And if the trend of TTG keeps on going, we may be seeing more potential series moved to streaming sites as well.
I mean, am I the only one that doesn't want a Total Daycare Drama series?!
That said, I did watch a Unikitty episode, and I guess out of everyone on the show, Dr. Fox is my favorite.
"We be we baby!"How come like half of all CN's original cartoons have to look the goddamn same?? Are they planning crossovers!?
By trying to me more like a streaming service, they can only air ONE SHOW. Because the TV cable format deliberately ruins their network that way.
