Changed w/o discussion: Traumatic C Section

This page currently has a very dark and indistinct image from the movie Inside, showing a pregnant belly being jabbed with scissors. It's so dark that personally, I thought it was just a black rectangle before I figured out what it was, which is pretty spooky but not necessarily good. Checking the history, it seems that it was added in despite a note saying, "No image please, we don't need something this gross on the page." So, okay, two things:

• Do we really want an image on this page? (Probably not.)
• Should it be this one? (Almost definitely not.)

I guess if someone could rustle up a non-graphic image which somehow illustrates the trope, we could go with that, but I'd be okay with having no image on this page. Actually, could we get a "No Images Please" index going? Like the No Real Life Examples Please one?
