Can I just point out that the main protagonist's robot has one stick-like right arm and a massively bulky left arm?

If you don't get it when I spell it out in vague innuendo you have no business watching this show.

I… hmm. I dunno about that. Like, having two people involved seems pretty important to the thing actually functioning, so that wouldn't quite work.

But- episode 3, everyone.

So, basically, what I'm getting is that the only reason the Penguins are any more than nuisance is because Daimidaler keeps popping out to fight them. And it seems like Daimidaler causes more collateral damage.

In any case, Daimidaler continues to be the show that the intelligent part of your brain screams BAD BAD BAD, and yet is so hilariously entertaining you just tune that voice out anyway.

That reminds me...has sound been mentioned at all yet?

"Sound" can also mean "Healthy".

Maybe the sound thing has to do with the hindu-ey technobabble that probably alludes to something. Or maybe that's like, tantric stuff and by sound it means it's powered by the squeals of the molested. I put my bets on the latter.

And yeah I must concur with Myssa, this show is horrendously awful by practically every objective measure I could find, and super offensive on many of those fronts...but I can't drop it. u.u I think it's the penguins though. The penguins are the best villains.

In fact you know what, if situations were reversed, this would be a much better show. If the penguins were the ones with all the ero technology and the salon was all 'we cannot abide by people trying to use human sexuality for their incredibly vague purposes! the world must be /~~ELEGANT~~/' and the story didn't actively reward the protagonist for being an incredibly awful sex offender that gives off themes that such activities are perfectly okay, then this would be much more comfortable and amusing to watch. As it stands I spend half the episodes all -_- and >_>ing and the other half laughing incessantly.

Then again, in videogames I tend to like my protagonists twisted amd evil.

Naoya's evil route is my favourite in Devil Survivor Overcloked and I love Soul Nomad's Demon Path and in both cases the protagonist becomes an inhuman killer who murders everything in his way.

after three episodes, I've given up. I just don't think it's funny, nor do I like any of the characters. Somewhat disappointing, since i'm usually a fan of ecchi shows

So episode 4.

I feel like the entire episode was a joke I didn't quite get. I'm just not sure what the intended reaction to all that was.

it was to establish Kyoko, as an ecchi heroine, doesn't exist to have a normal love relationship, but to have her breasts fondled. didn't you listen to the narrator?

also it was to further stablish this show has a Villain Protagonist and the true heroes are the Penguin Empire

sorry for double posting but I need to say this:

if the series already offends some people, there is a sequel manga (Daimidaler OGS) that started recently and at some point in OGS the MC rapes a woman and fondles a dead civilian to save the living
