That sounds convincing to Lost Time, who takes a point of stability damage from the elegance of that argument.

Sheet Notes lets out a quiet "Yes" as he thinks to himself. I get out of practice and I get to help sis out. I wonder if I should try to get my friends into this. "So just let me get my stuff together and I'll head over there." he said.

Meanwhile back in the center of time Rhyme Beat looked around for any sign of Lost or Sheet Notes. In the process she spotted a dark blue pegasus in the sky, giving him a wave.

"Oh." Lost says to himself. "Well, Celestia won't be here for another few hours yet, so we have time. I'll return to Thyme and let her know. I don't suppose that you would like to come with?"

"Alright," Yonder said, taking a few steps forward. He looked over the mess for a few moments, rubbing his neck.

And I have a recessive kindness, so only 2 dice... 1, 2. For -1 points. I beleive that's the D10 equivalent of a critical fail?

"Guess we'd better get started then!" he said, grabbing the closest package at hoof - which just happened to be supporting another, rather large, pile of packages and letters. He barely managed a yelp of distress before the pile crashed down on him, gagging him with paper and cardboard.

When the mailslide finally settled, only his hind legs were visible, twitching idly.

"My sisters name is Rhyme. And I need to get my stuff. Don't want anypony to steal my violin." Sheet Notes makes a dash into the theater and in a few minutes returns carrying a violin case. "There we go. Lead the way." he said.

@Kegi: Absolutely. Take a point of stability damage and a CP for that excellent demonstration!

The postal worker's eyes widened. "What are you doing!? Are you okay!?"

"Er, yes, sorry. Slip of the tongue," Lost said. "Rhyme should be waiting for us over by Filigree's workshop. Come along, then!" They trot off back towards the others.

my lost stability point is already manifesting in the form of typos! :p

Rhyme waves at Lost and the others pacing somewhat.

"Oh great. Now she's worked up about something..." said Sheet Notes. "Either she's sleeping in till noon or she's a manic nervous wreck." he said

"She's probably still waiting for a delivery from the post office," Lost whispered to Sheet. "Greetings, Rhyme! I have returned with your brother in two, and he will be able to help us!"

"Tow." Rhyme said. "Still waiting, still need a Pinkie Pie. Need to make this group presentable." Rhyme said.

"Did you just gather random ponies together for this?" Sheet said. "Well maybe I could help you train these people up." he said before setting his flank on a chair.

Yonder spat out a pile of letters, shifting and twisting to try and work his way out of the pile. "Um," he said, rolling to his feet. "Failing?" He rubbed his neck. "I'm fine, I think, but uh... sorry." he grinned sheepishly. "Guess I wasn't cut out to be a mailpony... maybe I'll just... stand in the corner while you work..."

The mailpony raises an eyebrow. "Okay..." She gets back to work.

Lost raised an eyebrow. "Random? Well, I like to think that there's more to it than that, but when you put it that way, I admit that we were gathered together rather haphazardly." Lost shrugged. "Regardless, we're still short one member, that fellow who went to the post office. What was his name? Yonder something? Do you want I should run down to the post office and see what is taking so long?"

"I guess that's a decent idea." said Rhyme. "You Sheet. Err... Do whatever you think will help."

"Sure Sis." said Sheet Notes. "See you later."

Rhyme began to gallop out the door. It's times like this that made her wish she could teleport. She traveled westward to the post office.

Lost blinked at where the purple unicorn mare had been standing just a moment ago. "That's... Not quite what I meant..." He turned towards Sheet. "Am I corect in assuming that your sister is not the type of pony that should be left alone when in this kind of state?"

Sheet simply smirked in response.

"Oh dear," Lost muttered to himself. He galloped out the front door. "Rhyme! Wait for me!"

"I sometimes can't tell with her." said Sheet Notes. "See you later then." Sheet Notes sat down and flipped through his music.

"I've got to set this up! Got to impress Princess Celestia. Got to make her notice." said Rhyme muttering as she walked to the post office. She was clearly moving as fast as she can, but it was relatively slow, even for a unicorn.

It wasn't too long before Lost caught up to Rhyme, who seemed to be muttering to herself as she ran. "Rhyme? Rhyme! You really shouldn't just rush off like that on your own, you know. Are you sure you're alright?"

"I'll be fine. I need to make sure everything goes as best it can. I'd go mad just sitting on my flank while the others work on this." she said anxiously. "Where there are plans there are actions, where there are actions, there are complications, and with complications come solutions."

She stopped herself and thought for a moment. She had been channeling her father for a moment. "Am I overworking every pony." she asked. She scanned to area finding that they were almost at the post office.

And the bell rings to signify that another hour has passed.

"Only three hours remain!" Said Rhyme running her hooves through her mane in frustration. "Need to get that part! Need to rehearse."! And I've still got ponies to cast, some kind of area to perform in!" She shouted. "Come on Lost Time. Yonder ho!" She said bursting through the post office doors.

"I honestly wouldn't be too worried. Princess Celestia has always been one to value effort just as much as, if not more than, final results." Lost stepped into the building besides Rhyme, but there wasn't anyone up at the front counter. He walked up and rung a bell sitting on the counter. "Hello? is there anypony here?"

There is a bump from below the counter and a tall, lanky stallion gets up, rubbing his hoof on his head.

"Ow! Oh! Uh! Hello! Um ... Can I help you?"

"We're looking for an orange earth pony stallion with cyan hair. He came here to pick up a package." she said.
