She looks a lot different than she did at the conference. Do we know the reason why?
Some people have speculated that how she looked at the summit is how her shade looks like in the void, since it's basically your soul, but Abbadon has said on Twitter that it's not quite that, although it's a good guess.
I'm assuming her way of maintaining youth is to continually have to vampirize people or otherwise her appearance will shift to old as bones.
It's probably a glamour of some kind, which doesn't work on the other Gods.
