Song of Ice and Fire RPG

I noticed that there isn't a thread for this yet. This can be about any rpg system in George R R Martins song of ice and fire setting. Feel free to talk about your soif campaigns here.

I have been thinking of running a game in Westeros with the Fate Core system. Here is what I have so far. The time is in the early part of the war of five kings. The PC's are part of a minor house that lives where the riverlands meet the vale. Gregor Clegane is attacking nearby towns, the mountain clans are strangely well equip,and the PC's Liege lady Arryn forbids them from getting involved with the attacking of towns right in their front yard. I also want to make a supernatural threat where a killer with seaming supernatural powers is targeting the family for unknown reasons. It is a masked killer/plague spreader that calls himself the stranger. I haven't run a game in westeros before, any advice?

You know, I was also thinking recently that Fate would be a good system for running a Westeros campaign. Either that or Riddle of Steel (because of how gritty the combat is).

I would offer advice, but I haven't finished the books yet, so I don't know how much help I would be.

I am about to play one where the PC's are lesser members of great houses that are putting together an expedition to Valyeria to make themselves famous and find treasure and the truth of the doom. If they return the war of the five kings will have began, turning them into potential enemies.
