"What, that is not big enough to be doing the living in," Davros said to Remus. "Well, for you. Vale peoples like having much more room to live in."
He looked back at the Mors Nepenthes mournfully. "Is shame to not be able to use dead body for nothing," he said. Then his face lit up and he punched his hands together. "Oh! I have idea! If we are not making sleeping room from it, then I will use it to make boat! The excellence!"
Jack looked at her, "I'm much more focused on my survival thanon my boner." He turned, taking one last loook at the water fall. "Do you think the others are still in the bog?"

Good to be backAyers finished what he had of his share of Dragonaut, then held the bone up to the fire, burning away the fat and grease. "Well Yun, I'm from out south of Vale, farmboy through'n through. Gud honest work, beautiful, flat land fer miles, 'n hunnerdsa Grimm streaming out the forest weekly. Really gits y'all connected with the Grimm, though seeing as Pius's..." Ayers grinned facetiously at his new teammates. "Seeing as Pius's come to the reasoned'n honest'n totally logicked viewpoint that the Grimm gotta be wiped out, obviously I got something wrong from my own day to day living with the Grimm. Heh."
Medus ahd been pacing for several minutes now. Olivia KO'd, Syrene trying to help her, jack and Sophie still in danger, no food and it's night time. Well...Olivia is in good hands which means... The rocker sighed audibly. I have to do something really stupid.
The musician sprinted off into the bog ignoring any and all attempts to stop him. Before long he had lost sight of Syrene and Olivia and was surrounded by the clinging fog of the swamp. He turned around and found Natasha standing there smirking.
"Okay, enough of the games. If you're in my head you aren't just some mindless animal. So lets talk."

A howl pierced the night as the team worked. Gaston stopped chopping trees with his axe, looked up, and frowned.
"The hell was that?"
Elysia frowned as well. "Scavengers. Best we take what we can and leave..."

"Okay!" Davros said. He held his breath and grabbed the Grimm's body. "Make good boat"
Sophie blushed. "S-stop saying that. It's not true anyway..." She brushed her hair out of her eyes and looked around. "Yeah, probably...But I can't see any sign of the bog anymore. We'd be better off finding shelter, and making a trail to it for them to find us..."

Once Ayers had finished speaking, Johnny piped up "I guess I'm technically from Vale, though I'll always consider the sea me home. Me an' my family are all pirates o' some sort an' we get along by engagin' in piracy." After realizing that what he had just said might make him and his kin seem like bloodthirsty marauders, Johnny quickly added "Though we always make sure ta only take what we need from those who can afford ta lose it, though there are some exceptions ta that rule. Me an' me crew haven't had much o' a chance ta do any boardin' o' our own as we aren't the biggest or toughest crew. Doesn't help that me ship just lost two crewmen an' it's captain. Here's hopin' that me Quartermaster can keep the rest o' me crew under control while I'm gone." After brief pause, Johnny grinned and said "Enough about me an' me problems, let's hear someone else's story!"
Jack raised Surt, creating a small ball of flame, he took her hand, leading her into the forest. "Let's go."
Good to be back"H-Hey!" Sophie squirmed a bit as Jack grabbed her hand but didn't pull away. "What makes you think you can just boss me around like I'm your girlfriend, just because you saved my life?!"
Jack turned around, putting his hand on her shoulder. "I'm..." He sighed, "I'm sorry, it's just I'm seconds away from crapping my pants, it's dark, and...trust me, you don't want to be in the grimm infested areas at night." He shuddered slightly, remembering the times in the Forest back home. "I just need to make sure that we stay together." He looked her in the eye, "Alright?"

Good to be backSophie stared into Jack's eyes for a moment. Shit. Those are pretty eyes. She could tell how serious he was, and she was getting the vibe that he wanted to feel just as safe as she did. "U-um...yeah, sure. I understand." She held onto his hand tight, interlocking their fingers. "...lead the way."
Jack nodded, lifting Surt and the glowing fireball, and slowly made his way, leading Sophie through the foliage, eyes darting from dark shadow from dark shadow, doing his best not to think of what was in there. Tyr felt no fear. He quietly reminded himself, Why should he?
Good to be backSophie was feeling super awkward, flushed and quiet sweaty from nervousness, and the humidity. She wanted to break up the awkward silence. "So um hey...I know a cool trick we could try...Something an old friend taught me...Once we find shelter, I guess..."
Jack grunted non-committally. Still on the lookout for a shelter, like a cave or, fuck, he'd take a damn log. "What's the trick?"

Good to be backWhile Jack was looking for shelter, Sophie was eyeing something else. "If I can find the right berries...I should be able to make us a little drink...to, you know, relax."
"Stay close." Jack said, it was obvious he wasn't really listening, and transfixed on finding Shelter.

Natasha blinked at him and grinned as she stepped out of the trees. A smile on her face, and a deathly gleam in her eyes. "Aw Meddy, you really do care. Well good, now let's talk about your little fuck buddy, Uria, was it?" She smirked, her smile going ear to ear.
Sophie and Jack
A vision appeared for both of them, that of a large wall, where seconds ago there had not been one.
Raspy laughter could be heard from all around as the Grimm darted among the trees unseen. A low rumble could be heard back from the direction of the pond.

"Not your damn handpuppet of my ex you moron. I'm addressing you. Besides, your acting is shitty anyway." I really only wish its acting was as bad as I'm saying it was. "Show yourself puppetmaster." The rocker demanded.

Good to be backFlashback
The gray-eyed Nobel landed in the grassy clearing and sat down at the bench that had been left there for him to sit on. He came here at the end of every month with the same gifts as always, but this time he had something extra, a favor to ask of people long gone from his life.
But first, his routine had to be done.
"Hi, mom. Hi, dad." He spoke softly. "I made it to Beacon." From there he regaled his parents with everything that had occurred that month, leaving no details out and including his own opinions of events, from his confusion towards Raqib's antagonism to his frustration at himself as leader of his own team.
His ears never heard the presence of another hidden in the forest behind him, her own ears open to every word, her eyes wide open in surprise. She never expected to see him on her way north, not this soon. But instead of sneaking away, she stayed, listening to everything she had missed out on after she had left. She was especially surprised to learn that her other teammates had become a couple, this specific thought becoming an itch in her mind as she listened on.
After nearly an hour of telling his stories, Pius got from the bench. He reached into his longcoat and revealed two roses for his mother and father to set down on the bench in his place. But what he said next surprised the heir of the Third Court even more.
"I...I hope you don't mind me asking this." He muttered, looking out to the ocean as if it were a screen, and his parents could see him from the other side, from where their ashes were scattered ten years ago. "I brought something else for you two. It's a reminder, I guess. Makes it less easy to forget about it." Reaching into his coat again, Pius retrieved a flower, purple in color and foreign in origin.
Where did he—?
"An Ua Tutu." He announced its name, surprising her again with his pronunciation. "It's from Atlas, like she is. Mom, Dad...I don't know if I can find her. But I know you can. So when you do, could you make sure she's safe? We...I made a promise to her, and I'm going to keep it." With that, he put on his armor once more and jumped from the cliff, flying back to Beacon to rest.
Urujauni finally stepped into the clearing, watching her former partner disappear in the distance. She drew closer to the bench, her neutral expression hiding her unsure one in her mind. She did not dare touch the roses or sit on the bench; this was sacred ground to the Ashen orphan, these roses an offering to the innocence he chose to leave behind for his revenge.
But this flower...this was meant for her. She picked it up from the bench, gently so to avoid damaging it. She took in its scent for a moment, her mind's eye returning home as she closed her eyes. Exhaling softly, she placed it on her hair opposite of the pin that mimicked its image. After a minute of indecision, Urujauni decided to speak to the Ashens herself.
"...Look after me." She asked them, looking out to the ocean as if she was trying to see what Pius saw when he looked out from this clearing. Finding nothing but the vast expanse of water, she turned north and continued onwards, thoughts of grey eyes banished from her mind once more.

Pius blinked and breathed out. Damn, he spaced out to yesterday again. Shaking his head, he closed his visor over his face once more. He'd had enough of fresh air, in his opinion.
He surveyed his group once more, relieved to see that they were still there. He breathed out again, listening and watching for any signs of Grimm in the area.

Belle, Rufus, and Maya had managed to kill the Batroc pack, netting over a dozen kills that were now their food. Maya asked her team to help her cook the Grimm meat over the course of the afternoon, and now the five of them were chewing on Batroc meat in the security of their cave, safe and kept warm by the fire.
Well, safe for now, anyway. Maya would assign night watch after they finished eating; they still had a long night ahead of them.
Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%..."Bleh...." Belle didn't particularly like the taste of Grimm meat, but it was better than going hungry. "This is...kinda gross. What do you guys think?"

James listened, smiling as if the howls were music. "Well. Scavengers. Kid, you don't mind staying up with me for first watch, right?"

"Don't know what you're talking about, Meddy. It's just you and me here. No Grimm." She put a hand on her hip and tilted her head to the side. "Or is it that the only way you can think about me anymore? Penetrating a Grimm with your little toy whilst wishing you were deep in me instead? ...Or maybe that piece of ass that is your girlfriend..?"
Sophie and Jack
The wall shimmered briefly, before forming into a picture of Alpha Team's remaining members.
"Let's go, they're already dead by now." Syrene stated.
"You're right, both of them were useless anyway." Olivia chipped in.
"Can't believe they got into Beacon...what a bunch of shit..." Medus said as he turned as well, snarling.

Ieria glanced up to James. "I can take care of that easily. I need less sleep than anyone else here."
