Hmmg I see... don't worry, I'll do it. Thank you so much for controlling him so far, but he revealed most of what I wanted to know. Basically that he doesn't know what is happening and additionally offered Sairin access to his archives. When he meets with Isica I will handle him and if you want to use him or someone else for plot reasons they can take over.

If I'm sure of something it's that I'm not sure of anything.Great, thanks.
Flesh is a design flaw.My rule of thumb is that friendly and helpful NPCs are boring to use and unless you give them some oomph, aren't very useful for much more than menial labor positions that won't be used more than one or two posts, while self-interested NPCs who have their own goals and secrets are much easier to use, easier to use as the catalyst for conflicts, and more enjoyable to use more than once. For example, a corrupt governor/mayor/etc who's interested in keeping their involvement in some sort of illicit trade, or a lopsided trade agreement that favors the Empire/Republic, secretly allowing covert military/intelligence services for one side to have more access, etc.
Good advice. And anyone could add that sort of angle to this guy, he's really up for grabs.
Now what are these Mandalorians up to...?

Flesh is a design flaw.I'm going to give Beegee a chance to reply, and Gorlash a chance to finish his set before Uziel takes any further actions.
Edit: Beautiful, Nman.

Flesh is a design flaw.By the way, the guys I mentioned in my post are the Iridonians, not the Iridonians. Yeah. Confusing as hell, blame Lucas.

I doubt Lucas had any input in the naming of the species . I kid of course. He obviously did this just to mess with you specifically.
I replayed KOTOR a while back and remembered that one guy as being like, the anti-Mando, so I figured it would be a good thing to bring up. Though now that I think about it, I guess I coulda just mentioned the Ailon instead.
What're you doing, Fantasy Liver? I want to hear the end of your set soon or the Mandalorians are likely to set the place ablaze! By the way, the last bit was pretty good; I'd say you got the crowd back on your side.

Flesh is a design flaw.I actually just got back from work. I'm working on a post for this and one other RP. Stay tuned. And thanks for the compliments.
Such prejudice. Can't a couple of Mandos just enjoy a night out without someone assuming it'll turn into a swathe of violence?
Also I'm imagining Gorlash trying to do a Seinfeld routine. "What is the deal with starship food?

If it helps, you can call them "Iridorians," to which they were apparently referred once in error. I don't think anyone was too attached to that bit of the canon.

Flesh is a design flaw.I find it funny that the droid thinks that giving land to Mandolorians of all things will bring any less violence and danger than Force Sensitives getting it.
If I'm sure of something it's that I'm not sure of anything.I mean, they're... not demigods, like some Force users are. And it's a base/homestead, fighting isn't particularly likely to happen there.
Sure, occasionally a Mandalorian might set up a business, metalworking and whatnot. And everyone knows the best smiths are hermits that live on the fringes of the galaxy.
Beegee is lucky he can't feel panic, most protocol droids are panicky as hell.
Flesh is a design flaw.True, however Mandolorians are a warrior creed of pitting themselves against everything the galaxy has to throw against them, dominate it and grow stronger from the fight. And this particular Mandolorian just recently did a speech of the greatness of his group by how they almost burned the galaxy to the floor and nearly made it fall on its knees.
If I'm sure of something it's that I'm not sure of anything. And it was wondrous. If we don't kill eachother, the three of us will make for great pals.
Flesh is a design flaw.Poor Uziel, done in by a combination of slow service, his own paranoia, and racism. Or... culturism?
Come now, when was the last time a Mandalorian sat down in the same cantina as a Force user without a bounty to collect? And by now, Uziel just assumes he has dozens of bounties on his head - including from the Jedi themselves.
I'll let Isica take a turn to react to being nearly bulldozed by him.

Flesh is a design flaw. And the plot thickens...
That reminds me: in the sign-up thread you said something about a collaborative fanfic. Are you planning to compile this into something more story-like than what we have in our hands now?
No, I would have gotten permission from people beforehand if I were going to rewrite this on my own. This is more like practice for me, and an attempt to fill the hole in my life where proper tabletop games should be. "Collaborative Fanfiction" was a term one of my friends used to describe this sort of forum RP.

Flesh is a design flaw.Ah.
-Nods-
Because compiling this (mainly shuffling posts around and cleaning the SPaG) would make for a nice fanfic, IMHO.
I don't even want to know what a SPaG is.
Edit: or why I would need to clean it.

Flesh is a design flaw.Spelling, punctuation and grammar. Basically, proofreading.
The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground
I don't enjoy roleplaying this Governor character. Maybe that's my fault, but does anyone else want to take over?
