As I mentioned in the the signup thread, I want this to be collaborative. I have a general idea of where the plot might go, but I'd rather we find it organically.

• Klovaan - Earth-like Planet
  • A good variety of biomes. It's mostly rural, however, and the capital of Klovaanis is the largest city at a population of about 30,000. The economy is primarily farm-based, although mercenaries are arriving in some number now that they know something's up.
  • 28-hour Day
  • Year of about 400 days
  • Standard Gravity
  • Previous Republic and Sith claims, though currently not claimed by anyone.
• Klovaanis - Capital City
  • Population: Around 30,000. Consistent mix of races to Republic space.
  • Practically untouched by the wars, the city is decently prosperous; although imports and exports have diminished since being cut off from the Republic.
  • Currently in the summer season, and it's uncomfortably warm during the long day for some off-worlders
  • Evening, as of first post
  • Klovaanis Starport
    • Fairly large - it is the only spaceport on the planet.
  • Zelska's
    • Cantina with a stage for live entertainment
    • Located near the Klovaanis Starport, this is the most convenient place to eat and drink for new arrivals on-world.
    • Drock - Human day shift bouncer
    • Hrusk - Aqualish night shift bouncer
  • Sith Outpost Ruins
    • Burnt-out prefab structure
    • Not far from Zelska's
    • Remains of a short-lived Sith occupation
  • Governor's Residence
    • Lycon Regius's home. This small mansion is where he spends most of his time, and he frequently holds government-related meetings here in the courtyard rather than his official office.
  • Klovaanis Government Building
    • Dan Zaivek's office is here. A security checkpoint within helps to prevent people from entering with weapons.
• Lycon Regius - Planetary Governor
  • Male, human, 60s
  • Interested in reestablishing connections with the Republic
  • Lazy, negligent; Acting mayor for Klovaanis, leaves official duties to his Lieutenant
• Dan Zaivek - Lieutenant Governor
  • Male, human, 40s
  • High-strung, ambitious, overworked; picks up the slack of the governor
• Darth Caustus - Sith Lord
  • Male, human, 70s?
• Geddon Trych - Sith Officer
  • Male, human, 40s
  • Caustus's Adjutant
  • Multiple restorative cybernetics

Feel free to introduce important NPCs, locales, and even plot events as necessary.

Will Gorlash be performing a show at the start, or will we have to wait? The thought of several heavily armed, armored, or force-powered people sitting in a bar heckling a comedian amuses me. But I think the signup said he does shows at night? Will it be day or night when we start?

Oh, and for this planet, what's the day/night cycle like? Pretty much Earth?

Hmmm a good description of the city, conditions, perhaps important people within. Also, how is the space dock and such.

Yeah, those would all be nice. A general idea of the climate and so on would also be helpful.

Alright, I'll write some description of the planet. Also, I'm working on a first RP post to answer some of the other questions, just bear with me.

And go. If you're not Gorlash, and you're in the same locale as Uziel, then try to make the events of your post either simultaneous or prior to mine, chronologically. He's about to go on.

Why do y'all keep calling it Korvaan?

Oh Stygian! Sairin will most likely want to go meet the governor of the place as soon as possible to introduce herself as a wealthy scholar and to inquire about the city and such. Would that be alright? Would you play such a governor? Or give me the relevant info and have me play him myself? Or would you prefer if she didn't do it or perhaps the governor would refuse to meet her?

I can run them, or someone else can. Like I said, I don't mind if you just create them yourself. Tell me which you'd be more comfortable with.

If it's not too much of a bother, I'd like you to play them so that the conversation is more interactive. Will post some time today Sairin approaching them.

The airspace controller has a stutter. Don't tease him about it. (That is to say, I fixed the typo. =P)

Actually, Isica should check in with the local authorities too, if not officially as a Jedi then certainly as a detective. Does Klovaan have any history with the Jedi or Sith? I've been working on the assumption that they'd mostly resent them, if the colony was affected by the Star Forge War.

Yeah, alright. I'll come up with some surface details for him.

@ Red Savant: According to Beegee's bio, the population banded together and drove out a small occupation of Sith around ten years ago. They also used to be a Republic world, so some interaction with the Jedi was likely, but they don't have any ties currently.

I don't regret approving the stand-up comedian.

I would like to point out that Uziel isn't wearing the helmet while he's eating, and that the rest of his armor is unrecognizable as that of a Sith Trooper - but some cosmopolitan observers might still recognize the black robes as being "Sith."

I'll let someone else take a turn to react to the bit.

I see, I see. In that case, she might want to make her identity known to the governor, at least. A bit more truth-bending (like, say, that a Council sent her to Klovaanis) would presumably get her a bit more cooperation.

Oh, also, I wanted to ask - I've been kind of assuming that the bar everyone is in is inside the spaceport, or at least near it. Yes?

In case anyone's unsure, Uziel is not - and does not consider himself - a Sith Lord; I would have picked a cool "Darth" name if that were the case. He's about on the level of a Knight, but he's relatively unknown amongst the Sith, so he has no real title.

Carin's good at going unnoticed, and it's working. Uziel probably isn't perceptive enough to spot any of the Force users in this group, what with all the disguises.
