Hell's Paradise: Where Angels Fear to Tread

Joshua stood, looking at the man. "Well, it's out there." He said in a deadpan matter, having switched between horror at the giant demon sheep, and confusion at, well, giant demon sheep, now he was just accepting it as a fact of life.

Jacob noticed the incoming limb with his peripheral vision, and desperately threw himself to the side while also trying his hardest to maintain his grip on the knife, hoping to not lose his only weapon.

"PHONOGA-ITCH" Connor mumbled trying to liberate himself from the monster's limb, but only succeeding in mangling it further. He would probably crash into whatever the limb's motion took him to.

"So... I'll be like you?" he asked, curious and hopeful at the prospect.

"Brilliant observation." Harry remarked sarcastically, still breathing heavily but not as tired as he thought he'd be. He definitely felt younger, though the hair on his arms seemed grayer than ever. But that ache in his hands was gone, and his arm veins were less pronounced. Strange. "I suggest we go upstairs. If it breaks down the door, it won't see us in the foyer and might think we've escaped through the window or something. It doesn't seem any smarter than a normal sheep, after all."

Shelter

Unfortunately, moving to the side wasn't especially helpful when not only dealing with a giant claw coming down upon Jacob, but also that he was still trying to hold on to the knife. Due to the latter, he wasn't able to move all that far, and so, try as he might to move out of the way, his foot got stabbed like a hand getting cut through with a knife. In other words; NOT PRETTY.

Meanwhile, Connor found himself dangling above Jacob, as the limb struck his foot...

Shopping Mall

"You can become like me if you wish," said the Angel, "so long as you are both an overt follower of His teachings, and if you do not place great importance in your mortal coil..."

"Yes. Because one can clearly judge the intelligence of a demon sheep with a glance!" Joshua turned,sprinting up the stairs.

"Hey, at least I'm trying to think of ideas and not just running like hell on instinct!" Harry said, dashing up the stairs after Joshua. He marveled at how easy it was to climb them - he usually took longer, as his legs weren't what the used to be - and actually caught up to the younger man. "My apartment's on the fourth floor. We'll probably be safest there. You think that monster can climb stairs?"

Shopping Mall

As Joshua and Harry rushed up the stairs, a loud crashing could be heard behind them; almost as if a door had just been busted through. And around the corner, the loud clops of hooves could be heard upon wooden stairs...

"BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!!!"

Connor held the limb with has hands and finally managed to get his jaw unstuck from the thing. Next thing he knew though, he had bitten it again, and this time it was completely destroyed by his action.

"Gah! wha-" he could not articulate any further as he lost purchase and fell from above, his eyes flickering from human to reptilian slits.

"I highly doubt it can climb." Joshua said sarcastically, in what little light there was, Joshua could see a Tsble, quickly, he flipped it over and broke off a chairleg, as soon as the sheep got up there, Joshua would focus all of his strength in to ramming the broken stump of the chair leg into the creature's eye.
