So how exactly will this RP start? Will everyone in the guild already know each other to a degree? Would some characters still be covering up their race/species in front of the group?

I was going to start with the briefing for your first mission, and then fit in a bit of socialisation time (it's grunt work, but it a your first mission, so...) before the mission started proper.
What would you guys prefer?
I guess I'd be okay with that setup. Like everyone just joined a few days ago, and this is their first mission? So they'd all know each other by their name and face, but not any real details.
Yeah, they know each other's names, and they've had a bit of a chance to talk with them, but this is there first big mission together.

Andoro and Kanka would have been there for awhile; Kanka's 50 years old and has been haunting the building since the Guild was set up, and Andoro bottled him.
They can be the teams senior supervisors, if you guys would like.
