I thought that this was a funny cartoon, but for the wrong reasons. I think that the voice acting was too phony to be realistic and believable; so I laughed at it. The stories were okay, but the characters remained loyal to their comics counterparts. I did not like how the lessons were forced into the show. I want to know your thoughts on this show.

Never seen the show, but I've read a couple of the comics. The comic version is surprisingly very good, especially by Archie's usual standards. (Though I will admit, Archie Comics are my guilty pleasure.) They actually manage to have really interesting plots executed well.

Now, if you want a really cheesy Archie cartoon, you should watch The Archie Show.

I think I listened to the radio show of Archie once...

I actually enjoyed this show! I loved the fact that even though they are tackling with heavier subjects (putting the Archie Gang in a horror / Science Fiction setting as opposed to their comical settings) they still managed to keep the characters' personalities the same as the comics and still tell brilliant stories with their characters. Like someone mentioned in this forum before, I didn't care for the forced morals they put into this show because it's like, kids will already know what the characters have learned just by watching how they handle the situations, so why was there a need for Archie to repeat the moral at the end of every episode when they already showed the characters actually learning from their mistakes?

I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!

[up] I believe they did this because of the stupid and inane E/I federal regulations that were established in 1996.
