I do hope Sky Rats gets picked up for a series on Nickelodeon.
As for Hey Arnold! returning, I'm more skeptical.

Many people know that Craig Bartlett is working with Nickelodeon again and working on "Sky Rat" for them, but there may be another piece of the puzzle in that bargain: If his new show goes well, Hey Arnold could likely have it's Jungle Movie finally completed.
