Too many to list, but notable favorites include almost all of Season 10 (which I still consider to be golden era), "Holidays of Future Passed", "Black Eyed, Please", all three musical parodies, "Money BART", "Weekend at Burnsies", "Worst Episode Ever", and many more.

Worst Episode Ever, How I Spent My Strummer Vacation and The Book Job for humour.
Mona Leaves-a for drama.
Gone Maggie Gone for excellent animation.

The Book Job? Overrated, IMO. Worst Episode Ever is great, though!

What do you think are the best episodes of The Simpsons that aired after Season 9?
Personally, I really like "Fat Man and Little Boy" and "See Homer Run".
